Fudgy Chocolate Brownies without Cocoa powder

- fudgy brownies without cocoa powder!
recipe:
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
mix and set aside
in a pan melt 2/3 cups of unsalted butter
melt over medium heat
add 6oz semi-sweet chocolate chips to the melted butter
turn heat off and stir chocolate chips until melted
once chocolate has melted let it cool for 2 to 3 minutes
in a bowl add 2 eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar
stir for 1 minute only
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
add the butter and chocolate mixture
mix and add flour slowly
mix until everything is combined - do not over mix
fold in 4 oz chocolate chips with a spatula
line a 8x8 inch baking pan with aluminum foil
spray with non stick cooking spray
pour batter in
bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes
once done baking let it cool completely before slicing.
If you don't let the brownies cool down completely then you will not be able to cut nice clean square pieces - Навчання та стиль

I’m going to make this tonight since my sister does all the cooking for her husband. So I’m going to make some spicy chicken burritos with bacon Mac and cheese then I’m going to serve brownies with dream whip

@@anonymouspotato everything turned out amazing! The burritos had a nice crunch to them since I oven roasted them, the Mac and cheese was really good too because I used penne noodles and made a spicy cheese sauce that I added to the noodles
Then the star of the dinner, the brownies. They turned out amazing! Full of fudge, dream whip on top and roasted pecans made the small plate of chocolate delight look like it belonged in a restaurant 😊

It is baked in an 8x8 inch baking pan so you can get about 9 brownies! Also really depends on how big or small you cut the brownies!

Is the oven rack adjusted? If not move the rack to the middle of the oven

I have used unsalted butter. You can use salted butter as well just don’t add the salt to the flour mixture then

If you have salted butter you can use that. Skip adding the 1/8 teaspoon of salt then

Yes. Just grease your baking pan really well or use parchment paper

Do you have to put ion vanilla extract
Vanilla is just for flavoring. You can skip it
I don't know but to be honest I love vanilla extract and it'll add an amazing pop in your your food so yeah might be optional but I'm not too sure

@@khamoshlafz6870 no where in the recipe did I mention the ingredients in grams. These are all in American standard measurements. We don't use grams here in America to measure out recipes. We use our measurements in cups and in ounces =)
