I have picked up 7 movies last month. Labyrinth 4k sb, Dune part 2 4k sb, Godzilla Minus One 4k sb, Godzilla 4k, Gladiator 4k sb, The Terminator 4k sb and Seven Samurai 4k.
You should be able to watch House of the Dragon no problem but I’d still recommend GoT just for the wild twists and turns it takes (trust me you are not prepared for that rollercoaster). Either way, both stories are only connected in the context of history within that world. House of the Dragon takes place 200 years before GoT.
