Strange mix of advanced machinery and primitive manual operations.
What looked primitive? Some of it was rather labor-intensive.. wonder if this place makes a decent amount of special order doors to fit existing structures?
Lots of high quality limited run products use a high amount of hands on labor as opposed to advanced automated machinery. This company clearly does a lot of custom made to order work. Automated factory lines only make economic sense in ultra large production volumes

The hinges are from the one side of those doors and the opening's frame (for mounting a glass or a net) is removable from the other side. In this case it is easy to overcome such doors.
Yeah, there was mention of protection against fire and water but not against people.

Japanese are really safety conscious. Absolutely superb. That forklift is _always_ making noise when it moves. I've NEVER seen that in the US & Taiwan. A forklift is incredibly dangerous & powerful, ONE WRONG MOVE and is GAME OVER.
And yet eye protection use was at a minimum, even in the paint booth. That surprised me.

1:18 I am all for small batches of delicious home-made baked cookies, but isn't this a bit too ridiculous for metal doors? Maybe the big shipment happened off camera. Probably very good quality doors though.

No insulation inside the door? Some rock wool would fit neatly in there.
It wouldn't make a difference as the steel framing conducts temperature defeating the purpose of the insulation. Framing needs standoff grommet fasteners to eliminate most of the conduction through the door

@@ph11p3540 Я думаю, что вы не правы. Да, сталь сама по себе хорошо проводит тепло, но конвекция, которая неизбежно возникнет внутри двери при сильном нагреве или охлаждении одной из ее сторон, во много раз повысит скорость и эффективность процесса переноса тепла.

こちとら、電気錠交換をたまにやってるんだけどさ、内部の構造が判って結構参考になりました。
そっか、セキュリティ信号用のケーブル用の穴とか枠付ける前に先に開けないとかないとダメなんですな。なるほど。
あるいは、注文前に指示を出しとけばいいんですが、ちっちゃなビル施工でついてるドアはそこまで考えてませんからね。。
あと、工場出荷時はドアクローザまでは部品として入っていないんですね。まぁ、それは工務店が納品すっから工場は関係ないか。。。
いずれにしても機械使っての手際の良さ、お見それ致しました。

Получается это чисто противопожарная дверь, не увидел уплотнений от протечек воды между дверью и рамой (заявлено было что и воду держит). Ну и теплоизоляция нулевая. А так, точность изготовления на высоте!!!
Сомневаюсь, что дверь без минеральной теплоизоляции можно считать противопожарной.
