I understand that the photos ans videos come from some Stock, so to clarify, I will add that Polish folk costumes look different than the folk costumes from Russia and Ukraine presented here.
Depend on area you'll go. Obviously you'll meet more English speaking Pols in touristic areas. Younger generation speaks at least 2 foreign languages. In fact Polish education and foreign language teaching I more focused on grammatical stuff than daily conversion what, in my opinion , is a huge mistake. I'm nearly 50 years old and I'm fluent in English and German. I know some Spanish and Italian as well. I think I missed Russian.. I didn't speak Russian for years. My 17 yo raised in the UK is native in both English and Polish but she speak Freanch, Spanish, Italian and.. Japanese. The Polish don't trust strangers easily so don't feel offended if someone acted weird. Younger generation is pretty open.
buhahah waht a fucking joke. Poland has 800 castels, incuding the bigest castle in the world Malbork castle. 1600 palaces 20 UNESCO world heritage spots. Tall mountains with 3rd most beautyfull lake in the world. Sea, land of thousends lakes Warmia nad Masuria, only one desert in Europe, 15.000 years old forest with European bisons. fastest growing economy in EU... which can overtake UK economy in 2030 acording with british specialists..also Poland is ultra safe with 0,6 homocides per 100.000 citizens. Not a single one terrorist attack..never ever. Poland is in top 20 most visited countries in the world. Poland have very strong army. great infrastructure with dense net of good quality roads 6000 kilometers of highways, dense net of railways and bike paths, great public transport. Warsaw has tallest skyscraper in EU and 2 Warsaw metro stations were chosen the best metro stations in the world according with international comitet. Not to mention great food, a lot of culture and art. The most beautifull shoping mall in the world in Poznań - Stary Browar.
That’s true! What is interesting is that after Covid-19 there was a large movement of polish people living in Ireland who came back to Poland due to Ireland’s housing crisis.
@@SaiyanKing1993 I do not know who say this but for sure 20 mln did not emigrate since 1989. You might have heard about the general number of people of Polish roots living abroad but in this case it should be even higher
I love Poland! I have been to Gdańsk and Krakow and I loved it. Especially the people are amazing and of course the food ! 😊
Oh yes! The food is delicious :)
Hmm, one of the most interesting (but unfortunately, under-recognized) countries in Europe!!! 😊
We totally agree :)

Hospitality is an ancient law. The law of all the laws. You do to the other what you wish they do to you.
Exactly :) And the Polish are really good at living by this rule ❤️
Well done 🎉

Thank you 😊
W tym filmie jest wiele nieścisłości i braków. No i ten ukraiński folklor przedstawiany jako polski

Ironic Curtain
Do they speak English there?
It depends where you go. For example in the capital city Warsaw it will be easier to speak English, but on the countryside it might be harder.
you bet
yes we do, over 80% of population of age 7-50 speaks at least one foreign language beside polsh and english.
Some of us do. And you're invited.

Propaganda
We love Poland ❤️
Ja tu nie widzę, żadnej propagandy. Taka jest Polska, jakby jeszcze kolejne rządy nie przeszkadzały to rozwój byłby jeszcze szybszy.

No właśnie 😄👏🏽
Thank you for your additional information! ☺️
In fact, all is soo good but 5-8 million people emigrated since 1989 and demographics records historic bottom levels. Locals are not optimistic.
In Poland they already say that there are almost 20 million people living abroad!!
