On arriving at a selected state they will only accentuate the problems of that state unless they take with them a business which will employ people. Having said that, why not stay in the original state and let taxes in the forms of income, sales taxes and other taxes help lift out the state from the mire it is in. Politicians will have to lead the way by taking cuts to their salaries. Criminals will have to be done away with to save tax $$$ being spent on people who are beyond help. Those who will reoffend many times over thus will never be able to repay to the state the cost of incarceration. It is every person's duties to lift their ball game. Bring back manufacturing for local, regional, national and international markets.
