Sharks Cove has been rated by Scuba Diving Magazine as one of the “Top Twelve Shore Dives in the World”. Located on Oahu’s world famous North Shore, this small rocky bay forms part of Pupukea Beach Park and boasts blue water and an impressive amount of sea life. The bottom is made up of large smooth boulders and coral heads forming small caves and ledges for marine life to hide. The walls of the surrounding cliffs provide calmer water attracting schooling surface fish.

.At one stage in my life I lived 20 years by the sea. It is fascinating snorkeling and seeing the seabed in all its magnitude, taking out clams. admire the reefs and so many beautiful things. Nice video friend.

Which did you like the best to snorkel - Hanauma Bay or SharksCove ?

Shark's Cove was better the week we visited. Shark's Cove had more fish and was easy access. Hanauma Bay was hard to get in due to reservations needed and the strong high tide the day we visited kept us closer to shore. Both beautiful places for easy shore access snorkeling.

We like Sharks COve better as well and as a bonus, Northshore Taco's is right across the street.
