I had infections too for years, and I had a sinus surgery and it didn’t work. I went about 6 months of taking antibiotics and those not working either. One day I randomly got a sample of supergreens in an order for a 7 day supply and I was like what the heck I wanted to add some sort of greens to my vitamin regimen. It was a mix you drink when you add water. Three days later my sinus issues were gone. Anyway later I haven’t had any sinus infections return. Random I know but I wanted to suggest it since it worked for me. Sometimes the body is lacking something to fight and we don’t know it. I love your watching your channel and the real life around you. LOVE watching your videos. Your chronic sinus infection sounds so familiar. I battled them for years and persisted with my doctor to send me to an ENT. Best decision i ever made - i had a deviated septum. He was able to identify on my first visit. I did have the sinus surgery and correction for that and my sinus infections are maybe 1 per year. Such an improvement. Best of luck. I just wanted to mention you are on the right track with the ENT.
I had a sinus infection in December/January for almost 2 months. It turned into bronchitis. My body eventually kicked it, but it does take a while for your body to fully recover. I’ve lived with allergies my whole life. It’s horrible. Drink orange juice, sinufed pressure is good, mucous DM to help break up congestion ,Zyrtec, and Benadryl helped me sleep.
Feel better! Yes, deviated septum’s run in families. My youngest suffers every year like you do like her dad. She also gets this cough that stays for weeks and when full on spring comes it finally gets better but people around her are chronically bothering her to the point of harassment because they think she is ill with something contagious. You have such a wonderful way with your family. I was in the Military myself and love my three girls more than life itself- now they are your age (approximately) and such wonderful women!
