- Here we go!! Part Six!
I apologize for the delay in this upload, but know you will be excited to learn about this month's pollinator! It is a fascinating little critter, and I loved researching about it's contributions to our beautiful world.
If you are new to the SAL- check out the first few videos - and please join us. I have made a playlist so everyone can revisit as desired, conveniently. As always, the more the merrier! Thank you for being here!
Happy Stitching.

Oh so fun - beautiful Creation. Fall is truly the best.
I'm not stitching this, but I am enjoying the information. Fern Gully fan here!
Hello Laura 😀 That's one of the most interesting pollinators of our SAL up to now, I think. Thanks again for your time and effort and for making this SAL experience so unique! This has been one of the best SALs I've participated up to now and it's really a great stitch! Looking forward to stitching this part and to listening from you soon again! Enjoy your autumn crafting 😍🦇🍂🧵🪡
Wow!! That is a beautiful work you are doing! 🤩
Such a beautiful stitch!😊
Really fascinating about bars. I think they are so cute. This stitchalong has been great. Really enjoy what you share about the creatures in our assigned section
My music teacher used to tell the story of performing in a church with a bat swooping over head and never missing a note. Very informative Laura…thank you. 🦉🍁🍂🦇
You've never had one flying inside your house but you think they are cute. Lol! I've had one land on my pillow right beside my head! Oh, the adventures of an old farm house!. Love this SAL. Thank you.
We have a small bat (Raby) that summers at our house in the top corner of our front porch…leaves for the winter..this is his 4th or 5th summer at our house
If you’ve ever had the chance to visit Carlsbad Caverns at dusk, you will be enthralled by the nearly half-million😮 Brazilian Free Tail bats that come out of the cave. In fact that is how it was discovered! We watched them come out for the evening for nearly a half hour. They have an odor that permeates the air since there are so many of them, but the farmers love them since they help keep the insect population under control.😋

Hi Laura!
I thought that since I was the one to educate you on how to pronounce our beloved saguaro cactus in an earlier pollinator’s segment, I would send you a little something to remind you of them😊. However, I would need an address. It will be on its way as soon as I have a place to send😉. I enjoy your FT’s so much, your joyful take on all the things - you make me smile.
