That Lincoln was a work of art. To be able to blend the old and the new without a serious bobble is difficult. To create something that is actually an amalgam of both into a "retro-future" look is simply amazing. All hail the once and future king!

The Lincoln was really nice body wise. Really like the older front ends but the headlights and taillights like you mentioned would need modifications for sure
Call me odd and weird but if I had the money I would buy the Barbie van, hitch equip it, attach a trailer, and throw the jd sandrail on it and go out and have me some fun on the dunes somewhere. I love odd and unique that is well done. I thank you for your time and efforts keeping us all amused and amazed at how outlandish and crazy folks can be. I think that beautiful black beast at the end is a rather sweet looking piece of unique artwork. I'd drive it.

Awesome! That John Deere themed dune buggy is very cool, that 1969 4x4 Roadrunner is very cool and one of a kind, but it is too rare of a car to do that to though, but very cool finds, and again some monstrosities as well 👍

The exact opposite would be the "Jette", which looks like a Hot Wheels car, and I actually think it would be fun. Especially given how many aftermarket parts are available for both donor vehicles. Build a little runabout that goes fast and can still haul enough for a weekend trip!
There used to be one parked outside the Cabrillo Beach Marine Museum in San Pedro, California. I always wished I had the money to buy it and use it for a "dive and drive " land yacht.
That Ford station wagon reminded me of a company in Australia did 4X4 conversions to Holden HQ station wagons and did at least one to a HQ Holden Stateman which actually raced in a couple of off road rallies and the Army Ducks were used by the Australian Army many years ago and there are still a couple running used as tourist vehicles in Australia

I swear, I must have some drone following me and sending my info to the youtube servers. You see, a few hours ago, I saw a "General Lee" done on a 1973 Dodge Charger in downtown Mexico city. That car definitely belongs in your youtube channel. It was beautifully done, but just the wrong year.
That Ford Torino on the truck frame is great! I might even add to the smell of cheap alcohol and some really fun bad decisions... That Tbird just needs a couple Gulf stickers and ya got a winning livery... lol
I kinda dig the station wagon too. I've thought about doing the same thing in the past when I had a collection of various 4x4 trucks and miscellaneous parts. My vision was more like a 77 ltd wagon.
Al lot of work went into the Lincoln. Overall the fit looks good from the pictures, might be the most roadworthy of the entire video. But you never know because a coat of paint can hide a multitude of sin.
It's no contest. My favorite car on this video is the '51 Lincoln Cosmopolitan (7:19). There's an awful lot going on under that hood, though, for being such an old car (7:50). If/or when, I get an old car, I'd like to be able to work on the engine. And with those bumpers, none of the plastic cars on the streets today are gonna hurt me.
After looking at these creations I don’t feel so bad about what I’m building. 63 dodge half ton short bed pickup, and I’m building a bored and stroked 440 for it, with a race spec automatic transmission.

Ultra wide..convirtable and...a colourfull interior...(in 1992 state of the art...today...hmmm...🤣) but i had no choice 3 years ago when i bought it...we needed a second car and everyone at home said what he wanted from that car...(expect our fifth child because she's 1 and a half year now) the 13 year old son wished a convirtable(since he is drivin in one as he was 3years old...and we said for 10 years we cant affort one), my 9 year old girl wished somthing colourfull..multicolur...with pink..., my two youngest boys wanted a loud horn(my poor neighbours...sorry for that guys...), my wife somting small..nice to park in front of our house next to our main car and enough space left for children bicycles, and daddy something not boring and hopefully fun to drive...everybody was thinking his wishes where disregarded.... Than i found that mini...or the mini us...i dont know🤣... i wished i can show some pics here...than you know what i mean🤣 Sometimes you have no choice and must do what you have to do to make every kid smiling and happy...in some way...(and the wife not really...although you fulfill her wishes🤣 )

That '69 Roadrunner is a mess! The smallest engine for a '69 Roadrunner is a 383 and the '72 Dodge 3/4 ton 4X4 came with a 360. The 318 belongs to neither. I'll bet there's $22,500 worth of Bondo in that RR body!

The Lincoln at the end of the video did not make me wish I had some bleach to rinse my eyes with. An odd combination of (apparently) good workmanship and absolutely no eye for styling. Weird. Who "designed" this? The original very attractive styling was apparently too...what? pretty? sleek? normal? Take a look; these are good looking cars, for goodness sake! Sorry, old Lincoln! They done ya wrong, girl.Please forgive them.

I've been messing with installing 1989 Caprice rectangular headlights in the grille of my 64 C10. Hoping to get a Hot Wheels Deora vibe. Maybe I'll be featured here someday.

@@MOTORHEADMISFITS-zk9su Yes, even the updated ones. No more the WW2 but custom made ones are severely lacking maintenance, they are safer on road but on water they have 90% of the same problems of the old ones, unstable, too slow, and a nice sprinkle of general unsafe practices
