I remember Lupe! I think I saw their house on Tiny Home Tours as well. Lupe, you have made a lovely home for you and your son. I like that you were so considerate of his privacy and personal space when designing the build. Great job!
Thank you Lupe for sharing your homes. I truly Admire the goals you had set for you and your son and accomplished them. The fact you continued to research and pursue tiny living in Oregon, speaks volumes about your character. You have accomplished the American dream to have a home, and you have done it twice. Not only do I find your story/goals inspirational, but quite affordable in this time and age. Like a lot of people who have built their tiny homes have no experience, but was willing to learn and you did a good job. You made your homes, the way you wanted, and considered your son needs as well. I love the tile in the shower, all the Plants, I love plants, full size appliances, including the washer and dryer, which I really like in a tiny. The kitchen is my favorite part. You managed to pack a lot in your tiny, the bedrooms upstairs are nice sizes, that holds the full/queen size beds I really love. The yurt is just an added bonus that I sure will really come handy when your son becomes a teenager. You really did come up with some good ideals when building your homes. I like the fact, your homes feel lived in, with everything you want, I too would do the same thing. I wish you and your son great success in whatever you do. And please do Not pay any of these negative comments Any attention. Their motives behind them are quite oblivious. Enjoy tiny living !!
I absolutely love your living spaces. I wish I could live there and how you include your son is just awesome. You’re creating such a loving environment and a wonderful home for him. Also loved all your plants. I killed mine and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I’ve got a couple survivors. The winters in Alaska very hard and dark. God bless you, if you read this, you’re doing an awesome job
A sweet house full of love and light. You've inspired me to get some house plants. Makes such a wonderful difference. Your son is so lucky to have a smart mum that made a really secure place for him
Great home! Yurts have been used for thousands of years. They just work and leave a small to no footprint. Waxing the roof with car wax made the rain run off like madness. Lol We’ll done 👍👍🙏
The only thing I would like to see is a bathroom for the yurt. Then her son or her visitors have own facilities. I really like the design. Just less is more. Very personalised 😊
You are an amazing Mom! You've created a beautiful home for you and your son--I LOVE it! The yurt addition to your property is brilliant. It has so many functions-and brilliant to think about in the future as your son gets older and will need more personal privacy. (Trust me-mom with sons! LOL.)
Great place. I love how you made the place just comfy and not like a show piece. Families live in a lived in home. The rocks all the books and plants. It's just comfy, homey. Now if your some decide ro turn the yurt jnto his bedroom I would definitely figure out a way to connect both u it together. To discourage sneaking out at night. Especially when friends are over and also sneak girls in. Lol yuo mom you have to block. Lol make a mud room with the connection to that way you can keep coats shoes rain gear, hiking all that stuff out there. That way at night you can near if your boy sneaks out or even goes outside. Again great place.
Lupe, thanks for sharing your creations! Inspirational indeed, as I am still in the dream stage😊 this definitely helps me with creating ideas for my own tiny home. Love everything you've done here❤
This is a very nice house. It looks nice. Love that you have another room for when guest come. It’s all very nice. Love the loft that you can stand in it. Thank you for showing your house.
We could definitely use these Homes 🏡 In Canada 🍁 ❤😅 even though there are some Tiny Homes 🏡 communities here It is still a work in progress 🥳😍🫶🏾👏🏾 Thank you for using ur platform! With sharing awareness on the need for affordable homes for us all! I always look forward to seeing more content from you giiiirl 😻👏🏾🧚🏾♀️💃🏾
I noticed the yurt isn't insulated so she must live in a temperate climate. Northwest I presume. I live in New England and you gotta have insulation here! Love her set up!
Tiny home is great love it. But the Yurt, no bathroom, now how can anyone live in it with no bathroom?🤔 Best of luck to you, you live in a beautiful area of the country.
Can someone explain how is this tiny house able to have such high ceilings on the second floor that they can even stand? Isn't it normally to have an height limit and that is why people crawl in most tiny house lofts?
Not digging anything here about either of the spaces all yurt or the tiny house.all of it seems chaotic & too much going on. Tiny means minimalism…no? This looks chaotic less is more but to each his/her own. Hope she’s at least making or at least saving some $$ $$
if my mum had this clutter and stuff in a tiny house, I think I'd just sell everything and the land and buy an actual house if I inherited this, especially if it's not built by any professionals
Lucky boy have a loving and smart mother. What a blessing.
Indeed

YeSssssS 🙌🏾 ❤❤
Yes, this is so unique, I recognized it right away.
The shower mural is stunning.
🙂👍👍 Absolutely *LOVE* the son's room. Hate it when parents pretend children don't need their own space.
That’s exactly what I thought when she was walking up the steps, that I hope he has his own room. Mom did good on this one!
The mosaic tile in the shower is so beautiful and creative!☺️

All the best for mom and son. 👍😎🇨🇦

Great find, Jenna. It looks cozy and comfortable! ❤❤❤
It’s beautifully laid out! Great use of space
9:28 that shower tile work is amazing!!!
❤❤❤❤i can feel that she loves the space very much! Beautiful❤❤❤❤
Thanks for having all these great tours! Such inspiration.
Nicely designed! 😊

Amazing home
Love the intro song every time❤❤

tiny house, huge motherly love
Awesome set up. I think I'd have to have the yurt be my room. ❤😂

I’d love a set up,like hers. My goodness I need a place and that’s affordable and acceptable
Love this life!
Fabulous house and yurt.

She’s unstoppable! What a sweet setup
Yurt is 700 sq ft.....it can be converted into a full time 1 bed, 1 bath, kitchen and living house....
lovely!
This was great, thank you for sharing. Wondering how to "lock the door" stay safe when snoozing in the yurt & how to power lights, etc in yurt?
Wasn't she on your channel months ago? I've seen her, this home & the dilemma she faced to have it. It's still a cool living space though. 😊
I noticed the yurt isn't insulated so she must live in a temperate climate. Northwest I presume. I live in New England and you gotta have insulation here! Love her set up!
As a fellow mosaic tile enthusiast I adore her bathroom!!
Love this! My favorite yet! Go Lupe!!
Yes Roseburg!
This is so nice
Really cool❤ I love yurts
Loved both but in a country setting with more yard space. 🇨🇦😊
very cozy
Your mosaic is beautiful! 😊
Thanks 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
All is great . But what happened to the partner? He helped building right ?
Nice.
I’m surprised no toilet in the yurt
I'm surprised anyone call it a jurt
Tiny home is great love it. But the Yurt, no bathroom, now how can anyone live in it with no bathroom?🤔 Best of luck to you, you live in a beautiful area of the country.
Well people live in vehicles without a bathroom. Also, the bathroom is steps away.
A dormer upstairs would give so much more head room and light.
Very Nice!
Love it!
Wonderful
Awesome ❤
Go Lupe🎉
Thanks Jenna😊!
JO JO IN VT 💞🤞
Can someone explain how is this tiny house able to have such high ceilings on the second floor that they can even stand? Isn't it normally to have an height limit and that is why people crawl in most tiny house lofts?
It's on a foundation so I think they can go higher as a result compared to a tiny house on wheels.
And if you need Closed Captions you can make less obtrusive in your settings.
70 .000 may as well get bigger Tiny house instead two separate places oh well to each it's own
Already saw her on another channel
So don't watch it then
😍
# goal ❤
❤❤❤❤

🤘
Very 🎉nice great 👍🏽 job , where is the washer and dryer??
In the bathroom next to the toilet
@@backbeatmtn8562 Thank 😊 you 🫵🏽
Quality time gaming and watching TV. That's when I switched it off.
A yurt is a glorified tent.
Bicycle
Jurt?
No, thats not it
Ever been in a real jurt?
Ever seen one?
A round tent
It's a nice place tho
I'm sorry but that black box around the wording hinders me seeing this home and enjoying it....
Close captioning? I don't see any wording or black boxes.
Turn your CC off. That’s only on your screen if you turn it on in your settings.
24x24=576sq ft
24 round 700 sq ft?😂
She’s divorced?
She didn't say she was married she said her "sons father"
ADMIRED YOU AND YOUR HOME. XO GO LATINA ❤❤❤
Can you read ?
If so, Does it Not say single mom / do you know what single means ?
Is that all you got out of this video ?
Baby daddy.😂 that poor kid
@@joeblue354poor kid because he has a father? Ok

Can she legally marry her son?
Yea, the creep factor is pretty high.
