That’s exactly what happened to me before! Working hard and grinding as they say and then reaching those limits as you said! People need to step back and let things simmer and cook and find then use tools and other things to automate the time consuming stuff. Love the insights, Brian! Leverage indeed.

Productivity isn't completely a waste of time like you've mentioned. However, both leverage and productivity are what I'm going to be using in my startup once I finish structuring the site and funnel(s).
Thanks for the input. This can be of real benefit to my brothers local business ideology

It kinda sounds like leverage is basically another *component* to the overall concept of productivity. So in other words, this video is about expanding our understanding of productivity, rather than it being about choosing productivity versus leverage.

    • @BrianDean

That's one way of looking at it. My point was more that there's too much focus on productivity vs. leverage.

Yeah you can say that. But in the Definition that Productivity is focused on you Leverage can have its own place. And that's what people seem to forget I think.

Certainly, your perspective on productivity and leverage is quite eye-opening. Can you share any practical tips or strategies you've used to identify and capitalize on leverage points in your businesses?

Indeed, prioritizing productivity can sometimes lead to burnout and neglect of other important aspects of life. Instead, focusing on leverage, where we make the most of our time and efforts, seems like a more balanced approach.

On this video, I learned the importance of leveraging in business stability, growth, & success. For me, it is also essential to avoid burn out because it is crucial for both personal well-being & professional success. Thanks a lot for reminding us!

If content is a saturated market and coding is difficult for SaaS products (usually requiring software devs), what other ways you gained leverage in this AI-generated world? Ex. finding niches, networking, advertising, etc.

I admire your work, but once you achieved success in that areas, i believe its more important and more valueable to work with others, get people into work, be a blessing with what you achieved or have been given. Thats the mark you will be remembered for, not a bank account number or the fifth sucessfull business. Best wishes ! Mark
