They remind me too much of other bands. For me, if you mixed Imagine Dragons with Nickelback, you'd have Shinedown? While I liked their first album, everything since has been really meh to me. But I'm glad you like it and they're still around. It's just not for me.
@@WhereOceansMeeet they do sound a bit generic now, but everything from leave a whisper - sound of madness was really good imo. I don't really fault them for making more radio rock these days, but I do miss the old Shinedown.

These guys are amazing! Releasing a new video of a song that is 6 yrs old and making it feel brand new. This is why I love them, they are timeless.
Sadly, this isn't new. This is part of their Attention Attention "Movie" in 2021. Which was in a nutshell, just a string of music videos with inspirational speeches from Brent in between them.

I’m a 10 year old girl who fights Depression and Anxiety and was going to commit suicide after being told that someone I loved so much had passed. But, my playlist was playing. I stopped and hummed the music in my head to A Symptom Of Being Human. I love and am thankful for you guys. You saved me and my dad, so Thank you 💙👑

This Black Soul song and music video by Shinedown is very dramatic and serious. Still the singing, music, and lyrics combine together to create a meaningful hard rock song. Additionaly, I confess that the hypnotic singing/charismatic vocals are performed in a brilliant way to where I could listen to this tune multiple times in a day and still enjoy hearing it multiple times the following day.
