I am just getting into the lost box engine and playing it so for the anwser's here at 13:11 the first one comfey i presume cuz sure you can poffin for it but you might already have most of them on the bench or they might not be in the deck. for question 2 i would say colress as it helps you build up your lost zone which you need to get done asap and for the level 3 question its really hard as greninja is better if you have a bad hand but the sableye's attack is more useful so i will say sableye.

about the Ancient Box matchup, wouldn't you want to go first ? if you go second they have a turn of attachment from hand, then you take your first turn, they they are basically guaranteed to have a 2nd energy to swing at you after your first turn
if you go first, they're forced to Get Attacker In The Active + Attach From Hand + Discard Energy + Play Exactly Sada As Their Acceleration + whatever condition they need for board/graveyard to get enough damage to take the KO
since you're not putting yourself up to pace in the attacking race by going second (Cram turn 1 doesn't line up vs them) i don't see the benefit of not going first
You do, but I find you need a little more to set up in that match up otherwise you fall behind
