이노래 이하이 버전으로 진짜 많이 들었었는데 다시들어도 좋다
개인적으로 이하이 증저음이랑 너무 잘어울리는 노래였는데~ 이때 정말 힘든 노래였음~ 지금 다시 불러줬으면 좋겠다~

이하이: the Korean Adele. She has such a beautiful voice. Not to be rude or offensive but Adele and Lee Hi are both bigger girls and I think that's the reason they both have such powerful voices.
아~ 너무 좋다. 하이양 음색은 그저 마법이네요. 마음을 울리는...글고 jinu991 님 무엇이고 적당한 것이 좋습니다. 과하면 오히려 하이양에게 도움을 주기 보다 눈쌀만 지푸리게 되리라 봅니다. 잠시 들러 좋은 노래 듣고 갑니다. 물론 음원으로 매일 수십번씩 듣고 있지만 여서 보니 또 새롭네요.^^

The soul in her voice..
It's a matter of taste, but I love her deep voice. It's particularly refreshing since there are so many idols these days who have thin, airy voices. There's something about a deep voice like Hi's. It certainly adds depth to whatever song she sings. Her pronunciation of English is actually very good, considering the fact that she's a native Korean who has never lived overseas. So her accent is fine for me (and she's even gotten better since this performance).
i prefer hayi's version than yerin. i dunno much about music, but i feel the feeling of the song in hayi's version. the song like have quality in hayi's version
maybe it's the husky voice which gives different vibes than the original or yerin's cover. at least that's the reason i like hayi's cover more :)
Sanpa Super lee version is good but i prefer Yerin version more she got that soul in her uniq great voice :)
Its the voice color.. just like Keyshia Cole Lee Hayi have have huskiness :)

I like that guy's headphones.
And, actually, Hi's phrasing, enunciation and pronounciation are much clearer and emotionally in tune with the wistful meaning of the song. "Now you're gone, what am I gonna do...so empty, my heart, my soul...can't go on..." Hi really draws you right into those words with her emotive style. You're bias simply sings those lines with the same cheerful. birthday party style that runs through that whole performance. But I won't go on with my critique... Just go and enjoy your bias. She's cool.

Saw someone comparing Yerin and Lee Hi's cover of this so I came to rewatch (it's been 8 years??). I am probably Yerin biased so I do prefer hers - both were so young when they sang this, I'd love to see a current cover. I can see that Lee Hi's control is so much better now. In here, she was quite pitchy but of course, very soulful esp in the lower register.
Well, if you're talking about broken "accents," her accents are really good--especially for a non-native speaker (especially when compared to the performance of the other person you were trying to promote here).

This song gives me d chills! Takes me places I desperately avoid in my conscious mind. Both hate and love such songs. thanks to fanfiction that lead me to this.
Hayi got me with "Bust Your Windows" and until now, I still love her every performance, no matter how weird she looked, how awkward her stage presence, no matter the flaw. Deep down I know I want her to win the contest but I don't want her to be a "Kpopstar".

Not being rude but, for me Lee Hi's version is way more better than Lily and Yerin cause this song really needs vocal ability and emotions and for me Lee Hi is the only one pass on it. Yerin was vocally good but she lacks with her emotions while Lily on the other hand is lacking on both which I understands because she's still young and there's more improvement coming. So yeah. Just saying...

I agree that Lee Hi's ver is more emotional but technically, she was very pitchy and struggled with the higher notes. Of course, she was so young here and has mastered control a lot better now.

I accidentally stumbled upon 15&'s Yerin's rendition of this song today. It was real good, her husky voice, techniques and all. I tried not to but deep down I still wonder who did this song more justice. I'm a hardcore HaYi's fan so... But 1 thing I realized was Yerin sang it perfectly like a teenage girl in puppy love while there's something about HaYi's voice that carries the torn heart of a mature woman in this song. Like singing with a bottle of vodka and drunk reasoning her way out of it.
