Being so closely identified with the great Judy Garland, even Barbra Streisand, before performing it at one of her recorded concerts, paid tribute to Ms Garland and wondered aloud whether anyone else should EVER be allowed to sing it... It was a joy to hear Park Ji Min sing it so beautifully - I'm sure Judy Garland would have approved :)
