Join us as we go for a tiplark on the old rubbish dump. Mudlarking on the old rubbish dumps are more fun when we find bottle digger's holes. There is so much to find with no digging by us. Much easier for finding treasures with less effort.
We had such fun on this old dump with plenty of finds to keep us interested, so much that we didn;t want to leave! From old glass bottles to headless figurines, this dump had plenty of interesting finds on offer.

Caroline , You should make a wind chime with all the pieces of pipe stems and colored beads in between each pipe stems. Have Phil drill some small holes in a peace of drift wood ( 5 to 7 Holes ). Then tie a colored bead on some fishing wire to set on top of the drift wood let the rest of the wire hang down each hole to hold the each of the piece of pipe stems with colored beads in between each pipe stem and layer a few pipe stems and beads .Also have some holes at the each end of the drift wood to hold some fishing string with a bead under the drift wood to use as a hanger for it .

wonderful finds! That huge bowl that was broken up, what was that used for, cooking baking? Ewww I truly hate slugs I admit it, they give me the willies, and I am not the squeamish type, that is the one exception! lol Do you make moulds from the heads you find?
