Question about Qualifying Circumstances add on codes, 70yr old pt with ER Condition would it be the use of 2 add on code 99100 Extreme age and 99140ER Condition? Because add on 99100 Extreme age younger than 1yrs and older than 70yrs. (70 and over?) This include age '70'?
I make video's that cover every organ system in the CPT. Then I will have a few ICD-10 video's. I also make chapter video's for advanced coding from the Next Step textbook.
This is just superb, I been tryin to find out about "how to become certified professional coder" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Lukesey CPC Carnage - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my mate got excellent success with it.

So how do I actually put it all together?
question CPT +99100, it mentions older than 70. what is the patient is 70? would this not apply? do they mean 71 and older?
So I get confused on coding like anesthesia with LMA and MAC
