@richardokonkwo6380 I think it could be because tracking is less important compared to others shooters, ensuring you hit the first few shots it's way more important and the slower curves are better for it, just my 2 cents

Extreme curve for base has always been most successful for me when I’m trying to fix my settings, feels super fluid after a few mins in the range. I think the biggest problem people are having is learning when and when not to use focus. This feature should not be used in every single one of your engagements. Should be using base aim for the majority of your challenges unless you know you’re going to be taking a challenge at longer distance or if you quickly need to micro adjust.
I'm honestly so confused with linear. Linear is supposed to mean no acceleration at all...just straight consistency all the way through the analog stick. It's what I run in literally every single fps. But in Valorant their linear has acceleration. From my understanding there aren't any curves that have zero acceleration which is super frustrating.

I don’t know if you’ve looked in to controllers very much but if you wanna mitigate your stuck drift. Controllers with hall effect sensors instead of analog they don’t have stick drift. Gamesir makes a great controller for Xbox that use Hall effect sensors, but idk if there are any play station controllers that use those sensors.

It has its pros and cons. But it works for me. I plays all 4s, with very low dead zone on aim stick and delayed on all my curves
Linear means there is no look acceleration. The less look acceleration you have, the more stick drift. Technically, the most “pc like” curve is linear because there is no look accel on pc but on controller, you need some form of a curve to make micro adjustments
Lunly i use 7.6 for all of my sens with light curve and 0 deadzone well the lowest it can go ive also been using ur sens since im on ps5 it feels weird but i hit almost every headshot with 1 bullet thanks for showing me ur sens in this vid but i thought u played 7.6 for base aim n for focus the same but i looked at ur last setting vid n u changed them

Doesn’t sound like a slump you’re probably just bad, watch pro player content then clip your own deaths and analyze the differences among the two gameplays. The best way to get better is to nitpick all of your tiny mistakes and fix them.
@@LeJeanWZ since I made this comment I realized that I had some huge flaws in my game like movement and game sense especially and other things that need work like crosshair placement and communication, I’ve always had good aim I just need to find a way to work on other parts of my game
@@Lts_hezzishooting ranges and a few death matches daily will help with crosshairs as for movement counter strafing and strafing is good like shoot 2 bursts strafe and stop
I was using heavy originally on 10 base sensitivity and it worked great for me. This week I’ve been trying out normal base on 7 sensitivity and in the practice I’m so accurate on bots but in game it doesn’t hit the same.
@@IKharku 100% because I spend time practicing my aim between the range and death match and every know and then I’ll try to see how sticky an assist is on a afk player and it’s no where near training range amount
@@MintConsumer I wonder if it’s because there’s so many bots close together in a small area. When I strafe in the training range my crosshair sticks like glue on each bot😭 that’s never the case in game

Quick tip if u use linear use extreme aim type it’s 10x easier to use
A reason why linear exists is to give raw input for other apps like the xbox elite and dualsense edge apps to modify the untempered response curve.
