Great video. One quick question. How much of your power is from your back leg pushing off after you plant and how much is from your pull through. Or it is supposed to be loose and it come from your hips?
OMG I'm really messed up because I couldn't do regular run up and get distance. I'm a weirdo I start completely backwards. If ever in central Ohio and see a girl with 2 guys and she's starting with her back to the pin that's me. Kept tripping myself side stepping.
