Daphne Mojo Me and my parents and brother and sister loved the show since we seen for the first time in the 90's the show was in the channel USA and we hooked immediately. I think the show has a lot of fans but could be more and more in Mexico but in that time few cable providers transmitted USA channel. I dont know if there is a fan club but I supposed should be in Facebook. I get saddened too when Lowell left the show but anyway the chapters continue been awesome. I love Hackett brothers, Lowell and Antonio. My sister likes Roy jaja.
How about Faye’s favorite Take on her name - “Old soldiers never die they just “Faye Devay.” Great show, sweet, clever, witty, and most of all, funny.❤
Steven Weber played his part so well that I despised Brian as a worthless person to have as a friend. Even though it was make believe, whenever Joe would complain how Brian would screw up and he had to take the hit or clean up his mess, I totally bonded with him on that.
Yes, everything she's done is always excellent, even an episode of The Ray Bradbury theater from the 90s (Great Wide World Over There) was enhanced by her presence. And more recently, she had played Lily's stern teacher on an episode of Modern Family and made mincemeat out of dads Mitch and Cam when they met with her. When she appeared on Wings as Mimsy it took me a minute to recall that she and Tim Daly are siblings.
I saw her on Broadway in Gypsy and she was magnificent! ❤ A couple sitting ahead of me said they had seen Ethel Merman (who originated the same role of Mama Rose) and thought Tyne Daily was so much better. She was a great singer and very touching, in a role not designed to elicit much sympathy
+Jill M I had a mad crush on Steven Weber when I watched the show as a kid. As an adult re-watching it (something I did back in 2008), I was in love with Tim Daly. :-D
@@dieseldown I read that it was a piece by Schubert, the Wings intro, from his Piano Sonata in A. Someone must have really wanted that as the theme tune. Also, during the series' run we hear the melody "Isn't it Romantic" at least two times (music box, etc), so that had to have special meaning for a writer or producer or somebody.
06:16 Who knows what was wrong with Tony Shalhoub in the dialogue "If a monkey were to bite ya" ? I don't unterstand why he couldn't remember his lines four times. He even didn't say a single word. Didn't even try.

I absolutely love this show, they don't make them like this anymore, 90's sitcoms were the best
The best show in the world!!
Daphne Mojo I bought DVDs too, and I do the same when I need to laugh and to have a wonderful time, I see Wings, I am from Monterrey México and you?

From the greatest decade.
RIP David Schramm
Such an underrated show!
Loved this show....all these years the line that sticks..."Faye Devay goes all the way "....Great Show

Brilliant show.
I love Wings along with Cheers and Frasier!!
All there were related
@@tiadaid Yes ... talented writers, directors and producers create good material-- sometimes several times.
I just got the DVD of this series. I always assumed it was considered a Cheers spin-off. I guess that's not really the case.
I hate that Lowell left the show.it was still funny, but it lost something when he left.
The good ol' days!
Best show ever. My brother and I were just like Joe and Brian.
Love this show
"I've only got three lines. Can I do 'em?" XD
Sometimes it takes a minor actor to get the star's to behave.
stars plural not possessive

As Metallica says nothing else matters! And you're no Frank Zappa fan!
you are correct.
mahalo!
Love Wings ❤️
Tyne Daly is so talented. She was also great on Murphy Brown.

I really was a fan
Best show and never got the credit it should have
Yes.....Tim Daly seems to be a good person! (:
he's an ass hole
Have you met him personally?
Excatly!

I had crushes on BOTH of them when I watched the show. :)
I'm waiting for Crystal Bernard to release a rap album.
What song plays at the end of this video? - ‘where we’re going only skies will tell’ 🌞
Reboot, RJ takes Roy’s Place, not sure about Rebecca Schulls spot, maybe a niece of hers can move to the island. Could it be done?
That would be a mistake; it would turn out badly. It's been 24 years. I like the DVD's. The characters never age or die.
9:27 The Title Character!!
so true
That theme sounds like the closing theme...were they planning to use that as the theme?
The opening theme is too classy for a comedy show, should have been fast and upbeat.

If you look at him it wasn't that he couldn't remember the line...it is that he wanted to laugh because William Hickey as Carlton was so damn funny!!

"get somebody else" lmaoo
7:04 can someone please explain this one to me? I don’t get it...
It seems to me that she was supposed to say pot roast and not roast beef. Tim lovingly corrected Crystal.
If they aired this on network TV, they got away with Bebe Neuwirth saying 'Fuck' after she flubber her line.
PLEASE drop the music and let us hear the actors.
POR FAVOR SUBAN LOS CAPITULOS DE WINGS COMPLETOS EN ESPAÑOL LATINO, SE LOS RUEGO.
Sorry, honey I'll try your site again but the audio was day poor in this one
What is the name of the old man that had the line "If a monkey were to bite ya" ? I can't recall.
William Hickey is his real name but on the show Carlton Blanchard
@@jamesbertoni2531 Thanks James.
@@suzycreamcheesez4371 No. Little Big Man.
Loved this show but the audio here is awful.
Extremely low volume
Low, fuzzy audio...
Audio FAIL - why even up load- like kicking people in the crotch
