Hi Dimas, thanks for your question. What, When, Why is really the responsibility of Product Manager for an Agile Release Train or Product Owner for a team. CoD is a component of a common prioritisation model. So whilst they may be responsible, do bear in mind it will need to be a collective effort and get different viewpoints to work out the CoD. Great videos. Can I ask a question, and bear with me I may have missed it - in the "matrix" you have CoD then Size - where does size come from - so why does family law = 1 and corp = 3?
Hi Mark, thanks for your question and apologies for the delay in responding. The Features would be sized using a Planning Poker method where we ask for a group of key individuals to collectively size these relatively. It just so happens that the family law feature is the smallest, the criminal law feature is roughly twice in complexity/‘size’ and corporate law three times in this example. You may size the Features in a separate session to the prioritisation especially if for sizing you need a different audience (which in my experience is often the case). Hope that makes sense.
