Even if more than 8 Billion humans lives in our planet earth, most people feels lonely, rejected or isolated or alone at least some points in life. In this spiritually inspired talk session Guru Geo Kappen explains how to use those moments of isolation for self actualization by finding and performing one's Karma. According to Kappen isolation or solitude is a blessing or gift by the universe if it is used well to produce or create art or innovation. Loneliness is painful when others force it to you, but it will become productive when you choose it for performing your creative process, productivity, i. e., Karma. Yes, there is an awareness state which is beyond our good and bad thoughts and good and bad emotions. If we can stay in this awareness, we know our true worth and real call in life. You wouldn't be bothered who ignores you. Meditation is the only way to be in that awareness. Humans are called not to live from thoughts and emotions. But from this higher awareness. We should be guided by the thoughts and emotions from this awareness.
