Great tips, Ricky. I love the idea of sending lunch or breakfast to participants. We would typically have a budget for refreshments or travel - this can be reallocated to sending refreshments to participants of a roundtable.
We do around 9 events per quarter. How important do you think, 'The need to have the right virtual platform" is?? As in, there are n numbers of platforms available now. Everybody is building one! What's your thought on this? Do you think we need to stick on one specific platform or anything is fine?
Hey Ranadhir, it depends, if you are doing small virtual events, platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom are fine. However, if you host large virtual events with 1000+ attendees, I'd say it depends on your use case. If you have other companies sponsoring your events, you need to add value to them and this is not always possible on every platform.
best ideas i've found on UA-cam. thank you!
