Hard no, or depends on things like whether they got RPS'd, late in the season, creative team comp, etc.? Idea: I haven't seen anyone do a good breakdown of undercharging, but it's such a high level tactic to get extra farm, burn switch clock and lots more.

is shadow better than purified? and why?
Both are strong, but shadow has a lot more immediate offensive pressure
Purified can beat umbrean and lickylicky in 0 shields with slight energy lead while the shadow loses
Considering Greedent has mudshot, no Registeel does not resist all it’s damage
