1. You cannot do a dash+boost with the Skull. 2. Shield's move characteristic is 4", not 6", so you couldn't traverse and score i think (turn 1, and long move at the end of turn 3). 3. While you've detonated the Skull, your oponnent couldn't reroll and set so many dices, cuz' there are restrictions about how many Act of Faith you can use during one activation.
1) Ah I missed the skull is APL1 but could have spent a CP to gain 1APL 2) Yeah missed that as me and my breacher friend only noticed that yesterday but movement cannot be modified below 2 white as per balance dataslate 3) You only can't change a rerolled dice into a success etc. Charles only modified dice that hadn't been rerolled while spending acts of faith/cp on those that needed rerolling
@@CanYouRollaCrit there is another limitation: Unless otherwise specified, only one Act of Faith can be used during each activation (friendly or enemy). Faith point reroll is one of exeptions.

Wasting a cp and 3 faith points to just die in 2 hits anyway is rough. Great example of these teams with so many moving parts. It takes a lot of reps to get everything down!
Losing the Sister Superior due to having none of those FP and CP and forgetting to auto-pass for cover was where the wheels completely came off. Played correctly she probably comes through unscathed.
Great battlereport! Breachers are really silly right now. I might shelve them untill the next dataslate. Although I might run my Novitiates on ITD and see how that goes.

You can use your act of faith ONCE per ACTIVATION, not per save or action. When the skull exploded you can't use your faith points to turn saves into crit saves twice, once for the condemnor and once for the pronatus.
Running the Duellist instead of a Hospitaler or Militant as Novitiates was probably a mistake, generally she's a pretty bad operative. What were the Tac Ops? Doesn't seem like they were listed in the video description. Maybe Recon would have been better instead of Security. Edit: Seems like the Novitiates had invalid equipment. Krak Grenade Duellist , Frag Grenade Preceptor, Icon of Faith Condemnor, Auto-Castiser Superior , and Icon of Faith Purgatus. For a total of 11 equipement points, a bit odd not to run Auto-Castisers on both flamers.
Nah, she's alright. Better than those other 2 operatives especially as I did no long range shooting. Tac Ops were central control, hold central line and one of the faction ones but recon would have been much worse vs my Breachers
@CanYouRollaCrit Yop I was sure that's a bug, as is two granades on the granadier yet neither the errata and the Data Slate didn't change that. 3 months of rein🤣 Good for me I painted them 🤣
I like the skills and abilities of the novitiates, but I think their design is so weak compared to the sisters of battle. It's a shame so many compendium kill teams are so mechanically dull.
Great setup, top down camera showing the whole board looks great. Plus the tokens used really stand out. I don't think the mini-argument re: measuring tokens in Turning Point 3 paints you in the best light, ideally you shouldn't be trying to bend the rules of the game given your status as both content creator and top player. Also Breachers are insane! I cannot believe blitz didn't get brought down a peg in the balance dataslate.

Doesn't Blitz lets you retain two dice if you're the first friendly model activating and doing a melee or shoot action?
You can also use it to retain a crit instead. Just a very...overpoweringly weird strat

Yes, it does. If it's a second+ operative it gets only 1 normal hit, not additional 1 crit.
