I remember listening to Farya Faraji's "Hikanatoi" about a year ago, then deciding to google the lyrics and finding Ps 135. Long story short after digging around many rabbit holes I was baptised into the Orthodox Church this May. Most fulfilling journey a man can make in our soulless modern age, would definitely recommend to anyone.

What I did was I learned how the letters were pronounced, so I could tell words apart, and then I would go through the sentences, and word by word would look them up on Wiktionary so that I could see a range of their possible meanings, as well as see how that particular word for grammatically into the sentence (it was kind of tough at times, as there were some words Wiktionary doesn't have in its database) A strong base knowledge on how languages works helps make this thing possible, it has also helped me translate Russian, Ukrainian, and Church Slavonic

What I did was I learned how the letters were pronounced, so I could tell words apart, and then I would go through the sentences, and word by word would look them up on Wiktionary so that I could see a range of their possible meanings, as well as see how that particular word for grammatically into the sentence (it was kind of tough at times, as there were some words Wiktionary doesn't have in its database)
A strong base knowledge on how languages works helps make this thing possible, it has also helped me translate Russian, Ukrainian, and Church Slavonic
