Long-time fan of Gwen Stefani ( & No Doubt) here…back when I was still living in the Fiji Is. I didn’t really get exposed to country music until I moved to the States. Through Gwen Stefani, I began to follow Blake Shelton’s music and is now a big fan. I also follow Miranda Lambert and other country music artists. My husband now jokes that I’ve gone country😀 but the truth is country music is addictive (IMO).
I think we will see things differently in a couple of years. Couples are always in love and happy when it's new. All four of them have been deeply in love with their exes at first.

As opposed to here where he looked sad. I'd recommend you watch that performance, it's on The Voice page. It's heartwarming to see him so happy.

Coming back to this performance to me the emotion on his face is frustration. He's frustrated that he's in this place to begin with, you ever been so mad you just want to cry? that's the emotion I read on his face, towards the end you see relief.
