We can all agree the klipsch sound like there is a drummer in that room.. but you know some people prefer a rounded warmer sound like in the other speakers.. which is just taste and preference. Each one has its strengths.. I’m just glad we have the options to choose
I use the klipsch r-51 m for music and it is quite impressive. I have so many speakers and I understand the comments about the lively treble but the klipsch are fun to listen to and even have some decent bass especially after they are broken in they will surprise you.
B&W’s treble was a bit thin sounding and forward. Elac was smooth, with better thicker treble than B&W but a bass was a bit veiled, constrained and small. Klipsch was outstanding and has amazing presence I like this Klipsch!
I loved this comparison and soundtrack, exactly what I was searching without all the often pointless dialogue, thank you for producing, I just subscribed
The Klipsch sounded best to me, the drums sounded clearer and it was more dynamic, hi-hats sounded the most clear out of the 3 speakers and natural as well
The Elac speakers have that (what I call) blanket effect. Like someone draped a blanket over the speaker. I remember listening to Klipsch speakers in a audio store a couple of times and wasn't impressed, but they were the clear winners here.
Coming from a Klipsch and B&W Bookshelf speaker owner I definitely prefer the B&Ws. The Klipsch sounds good but the sound is more colored vs the B&Ws sound more neutral and tend to be less fatiguing at longer listening intervals.
Something I learned with Klipsch r-51 m is that doesn't matter how realistic you sound, detailed, liveful if it doesn't sound musical, it's not gonna be useful. that's why Klipsch r-51 m is great for home theaters. But I love detailed sound, liveful sound, and realistic sound. btw I will use the for music (rock, electronic music, etc) lol, and great movies :) . I love that tweeter and that kick bass.
The Elac definitely sounds more closed in compare to the Klipsch and B&W. The Klipsch sounds more open and airy but slightly shouty compared to the B&W, which isn’t exactly a bad thing. All of these speakers would benefit from a subwoofer to get that full range from top to bottom.
Sorry i can't speak english .ich liebe diesen Vergleichtest und als Hifi Fan wünscht man sich gerne solchen Test.vielen Dank für die Mühe und Sie machen die besten Vergleichtest auf UA-cam. Amazing 👌👌👌👌👌👏👏👏
Klipsch clearly is the winner, the other two's sound feels constrained lacking the openess. The Klipsch make me feel the drummer is playing right in front of me, the other two are still speakers playing. And Klipsch looks more stylish in my opinion, glad I bought a whole set of Klipsch.
Well said! People disagreeing with this must either be B&W owners who are feeling a bit of buyers regret, or they have never actually heard a live drum set before! The Klipsch undoubtedly, produced the more realistic sound!
That BeW are incredible, it’s easy to say that soundend much better than the other two. More natural and realistic. Open but not much, and the bass articolation is wow. The detail is very high. The bew sounded the instruments, the other one some good replica of the original Instrument. Not pumped as on the klipsh. They worth every extra money. Thank you very much for this video, it was difficult to do.
i love this kind of comparisons - subscribed - of course its not 100% accurate how the speaker sounds but gives u overall idea of character of the sound - if u reproduce it on good system or good headphones are even better... -

Whitout a listen to the live recording, it is hard to be sure which is the most faithful one, but as far as this comparison goes, the Klipsch sound more alive and dynamic and the Elac appear soft and even mute.
THE Klipsch sounds the most impressive here with it's vibrant, dynamic sound signature, however would their 'forward' sound become fatiguing after a while and also how would they handle audio that does not play to their strengths so clearly as this drum track does?
Not too forward at all, the klipsch have a really nice wide sound stage and sounds great for movies, and music, even kills on gaming. At the price point, it really stands above the other 2. Money saved on the klipsch can be spent on a better amp.
The newer Reference Premiere line that Klipsch has out are not nearly as fatiguing and bright as they used to be. I used to hate the "Klipsch sound" but the RP-600M is a great bookshelf. Lots of dynamics and detail in the highs but your ears don't bleed.

In my opinion Elac was very neutral sounding but not natural sounding, lacking a gamut of frequencies and attack. B&W sounds more natural and open with very good bass notes but a little bit over exaggerated although very listenable joyous sounds overall. The Klipsch is an all rounder with clarity, attack, instrument separation, nice n' tight bass but a tiny bit of highs that bite at times (but not too much in this model) which is something good for older people who have lost some hearing and it compensates for that. But if you can control treble with tone controls then it is fine. I have listened Klipsch R51 live and they sound better and different when you listen to them in reality. I asume that the microphone used here could have been sensitive to some frequencies than others and express more or less of them. But still this demo is the best one so far. Thanks for making effort.
