Paul, shouldn't this decision apply to the guy from the Bronx (recently sentenced to 10 years for building his own firearms)? The udge in that trial, told the defense lawyer, "The 2nd Amendment isn't allowed here!"

This one was a bit of a slam dunk. I still am extremely skeptical of how some of these judges will rule for the other issues coming up.
Not sure about a slam dunk. Look at how many judges it went through to get to the Supreme Court. Our Justice system is broken.
@@debbievines9872 yes, the system has been manipulated and corrupt for decades. As for the slam dunk that is referring strictly to the SCOTUS decision as there was no argument as to how badly the lady violated the constitution.
We will unfortunately always deal with judges placed for political affiliation. That's not how it should be but that is our reality.

One correction: no federal judge has to every run for office ever again. They are appointed for life under the Constitution, Article III. They do not have to take money from anyone. Well, they should not.

I think it's rather disturbing that no one's mentioning that Justice Sotomayor feels that the NRA doesn't align with the Constitutional values of this country which she swore to take an oath to uphold it's not just some random topic it's happens to be a group that promotes the constitutionally protected Act yet we're talking about it like it's some publishing company or something
