A number of years ago, about ten of my coworkers were talking about something and I piped up and said, “oh that’s just like Noah!” Everybody looked at me and one of them asked “Noah who?” I replied, “Noah in the Bible...” and after an uncomfortable pause, “Noah’s ark, the flood? You know”. And I got shoulder shrugs. I made a point after that to get to know what spiritual background each my coworkers had. So few people are willing to discuss spiritual matters, especially when they are college educated because they believe whatever they were taught, even though it is just a theory. May the Lord bless those people that I worked with for so many years!
There is such spiritual starvation and biblical illiteracy like never before! If it weren’t for the use of Jesus name in vain, I fear that people might hardly hear his name at all. I pray that the Lord might send forth reapers.

@Benett Tony yes, a bald assertion. Do you have some evidence to back up this doomsday claim? Note that if you point to the bible I can point out about 20 other doomsday claims that use the same evidence and are completely debunked because the doomsday came and went.
As far as still being an atheist on my death bed, probably unless someone provides some valid and sound argument for God to convince me otherwise or I lose my mental faculties. Do you have a good reason for which I should believe in some supernatural God? I would love to be proven wrong if I am holding an untenable position but no one has given me evidence that actually demonstrated a God without using fallacious reasoning or being unsound.

You think that your knowledge of the scriptures makes you an expert in spirituality, but in fact it has only attempted to place all things into the limitations and confines of the church’s message. No one out here has to follow your version of things. The concept of hell within the church was created to control sheep (you).

It's also my identical twins' birthday, and they went to his Transformed Conference in Atlanta back in the day. The signs and times are here.
Those end times signs actually all already happened in the 60s. Not the 1960s, 1st Century AD 60s. The climax of all that Tribulation was when Mystery Babylon, Apostate Jerusalem, fell in 70 AD, when the Temple was completely destroyed, just as Jesus had prophecied in Matthew 24, Luke 21, and Mark 13. The beginning of Revelation said that all these things were soon, FROM THE TIME IT WAS WRITTEN (60s AD), to take place. That means the end times and Tribulation must have already happened right after Revelation was written. Not almost 2,000 years later.
If the end times are here and very near now, then why did Jesus give instructions to His Apostles on what to do during the Olivet Discourse Tribulation, if it was not going to happen within their lifetimes?
And the fake news here, like CBS here, is duping people into believing that COVID is much more deadlier than we thought.

For sure as we read the Bible daily and share the gospel, we are going to be looking for our Blessed Hope, and we know we are told to comfort eachother with the words of 1 Thessalonians 4. I am pre-Trib rapture all the way, and the birth pains continue and get closer together, not just stop and things get back to normal. My first rapture dream was 3/16/2017 (John 3:16). Maranatha!! Well, he wasn't wrong. Paul was pretty impossible. He spent much of his life as an unbeliever, persecuting Christians with a vengeance. It was pretty impossible that he would turn from being Saul, the atheist Christian slayer, to becoming Paul, the willing-to-die-for-the-Lord evangelist. Thank God he chose the impossible. 🙂

@@georgiacollett2235 or you could explain the meaning. I would say that it’s quite important to know that Paul was set apart for the gospel to write God’s word in inspiration of the Holy spirit. Otherwise we’re just affirming people’s existing beliefs ”that the bible was written by some guy a long time ago”. We need to keep standing by the bible instead of dilluting its meaning and share a cozy/contemporary gospel like so many do.
