6. unhealthy habits like cigirrates maneyyali, alchohal drinks weekly or 15days ki okasaari limted ga
tiskovochu alavatu unnavallu ( cigirrate lage .. alchohal manesthe inka better)
7. chicken or motton limited quantity lo weekly 1 or 2 times tiskovali
8. sea food 1 or 2 times weekly
9. faith in god
