The bass parts in amorphis are freaking great. He walks the neck a lot. Most people probably can't even hear it but I hear everything! Part of being a multi instrumentalist and mix engineer!
Hm, again this one almost sounds like the album-version and with the whole setlist being just one album I can't even argue to myself that this is a best-of...maybe I might pass on this one. Would be a first in all these years...

Agree, it sounds so similar. Tried to compare it to the Queen of Time version, and I have a real hard time hearing the differences.
The biggest difference is that Oppu's vocals aren't in the studio version (which is kinda sad).
ffs. just sing the parts. Other than that I love it. Hate everything on tape. love everything that is played.
Amorphis smashes as always… but for me this is the least necessary of their albums
