The reason puppey banned chen and naga was to deny the supports their comfort picks. At ti3 everyone who faced alliance focused on banning bulldog's heroes so the supports always got their comfortable picks. Puppey forced them to play out of their comfort zone and it worked out pretty well.

I feel that if a basketball player can make multimillions in some cases on a game or two, the DOTA scenes high end players that bring in millions for the game deserve a better payout, and more of a tax break. I think this especially because they are younger adults in most cases, they could use this capital to start a company, or a team, etc.
