@@fouziakhanum1272Dr Khadar has said in one of his videos, "Don't combine two millets together & consume because the components of each millet is different & when it is combined & consumed our body gets confused. So, his advice is "ONE MILLET A DAY!"
Clarification from Dr Khader sir very useful for those who cannot tolerate. Our family is consuming all the five millets n Kashayas since Dec 2018, n no issues, with lot of improvement in health conditions.

I am from jaipur rajasthan. I have got foxtail millet from local grain mandi. This foxtail millet i socked 10 hours and cooked but it not cooked after 6 hours low flame cooking in handi.
I used all five millets and cooked with in 15 minutes. PLEASE suggest what can i do.

Is it necessary to put drumstick seeds along with copper plate into normal water whether Tds of water is high or low bcoz some people can't afford to buy tds meter so it is impossible to check.
So can we put drumsticks seeds without knowing tds of the water or only copper plate is enough,?
