Although Ive loved every one of this series that I’ve listened to, I cared more about people, about humans, after listening to this one. I loved the sharing around community and the place music and art have in it.
Couldn't help but to smile during this episode. I enjoy the raw, unpolished aspect to the songs. It's nice that you give your guests room for "happy accidents" and that should go for yourself too.
This is an amazing collaboration of 2 brilliant artists! this really captures jamming and making music at its best, sending chills from head to toes, breathe, thanks Andrew and Theaster for doing this and sharing.
Really nice, Educational, and That whistle was spot on!
Gorgeous. A beautiful blending of voices
A beautiful , genuine exchange of both musical , artistic and humanistic values which bring light to dark times...many thanks .
Theaster Gates’s harmonies are so good. He has a really cool voice. They sand well we’ll together.

Lumber is a good one. They slowly get into it. Sang beautifully and raw. Only one word deep and you could drown in it.
"To try to offer as much uplift as I can while I'm trying to get up myself." (me too Theaster)
This is important work. Thank you!.
Tom Waites said he loved a beautiful melody telling him terrible things. Like it.
