In the following investigative documentary, Manasseh Azure Awuni reveals underhand dealings, including a $200,000 bribe negotiation, that occurred at a time the Food and Drugs Authority suspended the license of food supplement producer, COA FS. The story triggered a chain of reactions that resulted in the dismissal of the Head of Legal of the FDA, Mrs. Cynthia Dapaah-Ntow.

Somebody from the BNI leaked the information to the FDA CEO who then asked the lawyer to return the money. her desperate effort to turn the whole thing on the good prof is revealing. I am so ashamed that this is what the FDA of this country is doing to Ghanaian entrepreneurs. and the ceo is still at post?
They should investigate and send it through the courts. You cannot have people like this holding such positions. They are holding us back. That is a crime.

I don't see any conspiracy here to destroy someone's business. The lawyer goofed big time and good to know she has been dealt with. I think people need to understand that products they take in are always tested for quality and safety to ensure they are not contaminated with foreign materials that can harm them and that's what the FDA stands for. It's also good to know that when the CEO was told about the money, she asked that it be returned there and then. That should give you an idea of who you are dealing with. Good job Manasseh for bringing this out and a great lesson for all of us.

Wow, some people think they are smart. She is a lawyer and knows what to say that would not make her look corrupt. She said, "I was testing your honesty" and "returned all the money". These two activities alone may seem she is not corrupt. But the question is "why would a banning letter addressed to a particular industry from operating be written before conducting a laboratory test to prove a suspicion? Did someone from the BNI tell the woman about the secret videotape? If she was testing him as she alluded, why didn't she record him too? Oh the mind of the wicked man is too dark that you can't read it. God help us!
