    Loved this video, Blood Angels were my original chapter of choice going into 10th then I decided to pull the trigger on my custom chapter. My computer of heroes are going to be the personal gaurd/advisors for my chapter master

      @@hobbywitholi Thank you I call them the Abyss Sharks, they're inspired a bit by the Space Wolves, they believe that humans are at the top of the food chain and go after the biggest threats to the Emperium to prove it

      Honestly this is one of the hobbies of which I love to hear fan-fiction, head canon and custom designs.
      I had an idea for a renegade Night Lords ship who mutiny and basically Nathanial Garro it from Nostramo when Kurze blows it up. It's for very different reasons though.
      What's your idea? I particularly want to hear about your company champion.

      @@borisdorofeev5602 So the company of Champions is made up of the best Marine of each company and they act as the gaurd/advisors to the Chapter Master then during a battle they take commands of different parts of the chapter to keep everything in order
      Also I like your idea :) especially with the kill team that was announced that could definitely be useful

    As for me, I am working on some Orks at the moment. They used to be my army but the rules for them stole the flavour and left me somewhat disillusioned. However my lad built a bunch of them and I got the itch to see if I can reproduce the old colours using new techniques. So far so good.

    These guys look sweet! What I do these days since I have limited space ATM is just do up a couple of characters and normal units I like (mostly print stuff off myself these days/ from time to time il do you a nice tank hehe have a nice little Korps army I use for a detachment in HH works for either traitors or loyalist armies, as well as use them as my Human Defence Force in OnePageRules 😊 I have some nice video ideas that might be cool also relevent for both 40k and Horus Heresy players/enjoyers as that's what most of us are 😜

    It's a hobby so why should I suffer from burnout? When I get bored from painting I quit until the motivation comes back. 🤷

    Love these guys and they all look very different but work as part of a unit. I do feel attacked about the starting and not finishing units mind 😂. Great video as always

    Getting an airbrush made me go feel even more burned out because I had to clean and that was extra work that I had to do

    Great video, I design and 3d print so there's a lot of opportunity for burnout. I tend to just have them ready for when I feel like painting normally as I wait for videos to render and stuff like that.
    How easily is airbrushing to get into? As I like the way they look but I don't know if I'll have the time to master a new skill

    • @hobbywitholi
      @hobbywitholi  Рік тому +1

      Ooh 3d printing seems so much fun, similar to yourself not sure I'd have time for it. Airbrushing wise it's pretty easy to get into, though most of the time is spent cleaning the damn thing 😆

      @edwardpeak01 Рік тому

      @@hobbywitholi allot of people underestimate how much time and skill 3d printing takes it is it's own hobby. Yeah I can imagine luckily I'm used to that as printing is 50 percent cleaning 🧹

    Also, not trying to be mean here but, your glow effect on the volkite pistol was poor. Any light effect has to be light enough to see the shade underneath the light glow, Reflected light is not a solid colour, and about the only time it appears so is when the actual light source is so bright you can't see anything else. Just saying.

    I hate to say it but that aluminium and gold mix was too heavy. It looks like a faux gold where the surface has rubbed off revealing some metal undercoat.

    What kind of glue do you use and does the nozzle ever get clogged? Thanks! 🦧

    • @hobbywitholi
      @hobbywitholi  Рік тому +1

      Revell plastic glue and Tamiya thin cement! The revell always clogs, but the tamiya is a brush applicator, so really good for sticking little parts, though hard to stick bigger parts together!
