Mowed my store's property for the past 2 years with a Briggs mower. Not one breakdown.... The only issue, didn't have a mower jack so when I wanted to clean the deck, had to tip it to the left side to get under it. Flooded the air filter (on the right side) with oil.
Vanguard engines are not typical briggs engines. At a time they were being assembled in Japan by a subsidiary company of Toyota. The new EFI Vanguard 37 is one of the best gas engines available for large commercial ztr mowers.

Thanks! Yeh, the grass was pretty wet and was around 7-9 inches tall and pretty thick as well. Over all I have been very pleased with the mower!
