    dear professer blunt , i am also off the "blunt" and just i i was exhaling and then this was reccomended to me
    So overall 9/10 this is a very good score so enjoy it.

    I intend to do the same. Actually here you are like fasting until evening because coffee has very low calorie in it. As fasting keeps you young and you stay out of diabetes and other diseases as you are not over consuming. And you don't need to go to gym because you are not consuming anything extra that you need to burn off.

    Celeste - hard cheeses such as parmesan and cheddar contain very little lactose, see www.healthline.com/nutrition/dairy-foods-low-in-lactose
