Sir thanks for all the info ,I am not a engineer but I look at your videos could you do one only for residencial buildings column size ,beam ,footing etc.
And need a similar rule of thumb or a rough estimate for a COMMERCIAL building, 5 storied, basement, ground plus 3, over a lot size of 30*35 feet lot.
