My teenage kids are kind of embarrassed kind of impressed that I know every word to this song. My favourite!
They should be proud of you....!
They should be proud of you 🎶
Mine too, especially when it's played at a wedding reception and I hit the dance floor. Lol
Ever tried singing "hard as a rock" in front of them?
Me too. My all time fave AC/DC track
When I listen to AC/DC, so do all my neighbours
I hope so Steve, let there be Rock and Roll 🤘
Steve, you don’t know how much I appreciate your comment. Look at my profile pic lol
If I was your neighbor I'd come pound on your door and join u 😁
Yes.. Play loud.. 🤘🤘🤘🇪🇸🇪🇸🎼🎼🎼🎶🎶🎵
Well that's unavoidable
You just experienced one of the five or so greatest rock and roll songs in history. Glad you liked it!
i loved it
@@TheForestCrone come on now, there are way too many legendary rock bands to say this is top 3, what about Queen, Zeppelin, Stones etc etc?
@@leob4403 stop discussing - it is what it is :-)
One of the greatest rock and roll songs EVER!
Facts!
That's Brian Johnson, the man who replaced Bon Scott upon his death.
Angus Young is the guitarist who launched a million guitarists.
This was the first AC/DC single Brian performed after Bon Scott died.
@@stevetanner3019 I was at that concert! Melbourne in February 1981, Back in Black. 🤘 You’re not gonna believe this, but my ticket only cost $12.90!!! I’ve still got it. 💖 Vale Bon and Malcolm. You will never be forgotten. 💖💖💖
I just saw where Brian Johnson is 78. Blow my mind. Saw them 3 times & they were the BEST I ever saw.
@@turdferguson400 one of the first concerts I went to. Not even a teen, looking back my parents picked some pretty dodgy babysitters, good for me tho- got to see Dead Kennedy's around 9🤪😄
@@stevetanner3019 looks like predictive txt let U down, I'm sure U meant Bon.
"For those about to rock", "Who Made Who", "Dirty Deeds", " Shoot to Thrill" "T.N.T." " Hells Bells" and on and on and on ............😎🤘
Oh yes. Dirty Deeds.
dont forget thunder struck
1980 song
And highway to hell
"Big Balls" would be a great one for J to react to
You are a rocker at heart aren't you?
Someone please get this young man an AC/DC shirt 🤩❤️
It is an absolute MUST!
“If I could play like that” said a million young men😂😁
KNOCKING ME OUT WITH THOSE AMERICAN THIGHS!
This is AC/DC first hit with Brian Johnson in 1980, Johnson took over for the original lead singer Bon Scott who died in Feb. of 1980 of alcohol poisoning , both lead men are awesome!!
Long live Bonn 💕
Facts
Would love to see your reaction to "Thunder Struck" or "Back in Black" also AC⚡DC
And highway to hell
Thunder Struck is GREAT
“Knocking me out with those American thighs”... Good ol’ AC/DC, the song goes on forever.
“She told me to come but I was already there!”
I love watching when you REALLY enjoy a song......... Great reaction...... AC/DC❤️❤️❤️❤️
Brian Johnson is the singer. Second front man for this band. He wrote this song....
He did? Didn’t know that. I always preferred his voice.
This is the first song he ever wrote for them for the Back in Black album
yes he did write this, about an all nighter with a woman, the lyrics, "you shook me all night long" was about an all nighter with that woman
@@judyseeley5284 I understood the song, I didn’t realize he wrote it. Talented guy!
he is the third singer dave evens was the first then bon then Brian
One Australia's biggest exports, went to a party with them years ago when Bon Scott was the lead singer, great guy so down to earth
Back In Black is one of the best rock albums of all time!
Banger! Forty years on and it still kicks hard!
I saw them live at my high school hall Saturday night dance, "The Big Fish", with original lead singer Bon Scott..now that's a memory!!!
That's a story! Cool! They were my second concert and all I could smell was pot!😂
First show was REO Speedwagon. 😂✌❤🎶
Wow!! You’re so lucky. What a great story!
Thats so AWESOME!!!
How cool!!
I saw them in concert back in the early 80's. One of the simpler stage set-ups, just a wall of speakers. But once they started, that was it... no one sat down for the rest of the concert.
Just like he said in the video; they make you move! :)
I remember cranking this so loud in the car that I didn't even care about the center dash sun-baked blown speaker rattling to hell! HaHa!
🔊🎵🥁🎸🎶🎙
Saw them at the NEC, Birmingham, England 🇬🇧 in the 80's, was deaf after for the best part of a fortnight
One of my favourite AC⚡DC songs...growing up in Australia, they were a staple in my musical diet😁🤘👍
You are my favorite reactor!
I love "hanging out" with you and watching you love all my favorite songs as much as I do!
You are so cool!
Literally the music we in OZ we brought up on...great track!!
We in Oz were brought up with great music, Cold Chisel, Midnight Oil, Paul Kelly, Radio Birdman, the Saints, Sunnyboys & the list goes on
Geez, I was so lost within that entire reaction that I completely forgot where I was in this world.
Thanks Jovaughn 👍 😊✌️
Oh my!! I used to dance to this one until
I was sweating back in my club days! As soon as I heard the first riff, I was running to the dance floor, yelling, This is my song!!
You can't listen to this without moving! I remember when this came out-- the dance floors filled up!!
Just makes ya happy and we need that during these times!
One of the greatest rock songs ever.😉
More:
Thunderstruck
Dirty Deeds (Done Dirt Cheap) - (w Bon Scott)
Hells Bells
Money Talks is another great one.
@@benradical6179 there are too many! I only picked 3 to start. There would be a looooong list
Highway to hell
Jailbreak is my next request from them
This is one of my fav songs, all time!! I saw them in Lake Placid NY around 1988. Have you heard the songs Back in Black or Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap or Big Balls? These are worthy songs-- worthy!!
This track is off the LP *Back in Black" featuring the bands new lead singer Brian Johnson after the death if Bon Scott. Loved Bon and always will as an vintage AC/DC fan, but Johnson pulled it off beautifully for decades after. He was perfection to take the lead!
One our faves still from AC/DC! I turn this song up on the car and sing it out loud! Good reaction here! "Who made who"? , "Money Talks", "Thunderstruck" is another good one!
I remember cranking this so loud in the car that I didn't even care about the center dash sun-baked blown speaker rattling to hell! HaHa!
🔊🎵🥁🎸🎶🎙
"LET THERE BE ROCK", is my favourite ACDC song with the late Bon Scott. You really need to watch the earlier songs with Bon Scott. Oh my high school days!
@ted ritola definitely!
I was in high school between 74-79. Bon died in 1980. All us kids used to sing and air guitar during our break time 😂
This was some of the best music of my late teens, 18 and 19, back in 1980. Still one of their very best efforts!
My reaction every time I hear AC/DC. My all time favorite!!!
"Lets see what its all about" - Its ACDC so great riffs, great beats and lyrics of a sexual nature - and the world keeps on turning :)
OH He is here now!!!! \m/ We shook all night long back in the 80s...any room and closet any car you could find. 😆
AC/DC... One of the GREATEST HARD-ROCK Bands of ALL Time : ) : ) : )
Really love how the introduce the instruments in the song. The second rhythm guitar kicking in for the first time halfway through the verse, and the bass coming on for the first time right before the chorus.
Dirty deeds check that one out
done with sheep xD
Classic Rock 'n Roll . . . Oh yeah!
. . . All Night Looooooong!!!! 😍
AC/DC - Let There Be Rock (Official Video)
100% - that kicks arse !!
Probably was always my favourite ACDC song. So many incredible songs.
I'm up dancing holding my Bluetooth speaker in hand waving it over my head. Oh man, takes me back to "The Days" in my 78 Corolla cruising town, flirting with guys and oh the parties out in the redwoods with a big bonfire and AC/DC cranked! Fun times! Everybody is already listing my favorites. Rough day today but what a way to end it.
Bon Scott was the second lead singer the first was Dave Evans. The third is Brian Johnson they are from Sydney Australia. Brian Johnson is the closest voice to bon Scott they can get. Sadly the last I heard that Brian Johnson is having hearing issues. but he said that he is doing what he can to come back to perform. Can't wait until he comes back to perform for all of us die hard AC DC fans!!!
I love the way you feel and love good music :-)
A number of years ago they were playing an outdoor concert here. We lived 6.5 kms / 4 miles from the stadium and we could here Thunderstruck clearly all the way to our place!
The best song! Been jamming to it for years.
Pat Benatar too! Heartbreaker should be in your list of songs listened to.
I will never forget seeing them the first time. It was a three band show. Opening band was a regional band which I really like called Nantucket, they were followed up by Cheap Trick, and the headliner was AC/DC before Bon Scott died. I paid $5.00 to see this concert.
ACDC!!! Love love love 💘 Its great that you're experiencing such greatness👍 Definitely gets you moving! Band is phenomenal!
Brian Johnson is the lead singer, makes me proud to be a Geordie!
You have do "Thunderstruck". You'll thank me later.
The lead singer is the fantastic Brian Johnson! 🌟 With the band for decades until his hearing went.. ❤️💜✌️✨
but he's back and the band is playing and recording again. he was interviewed here in Australia recently and he has had some sort of amazing surgery or a replacement ear drum and some such thing. he and Angus are still so young at heart and loving the music etc. And still so emotional about losing malcom R.I.P. Will always love ACDC. They consider themselves Aussies. :-)
No shortage of work being put in...Aussie style!
I love your reaction to this iconic song! Thank you! ❤
The lead singer in this song is Brian Johnson. The original Lead Singer up to the album "Highway to Hell" (the album before this one, which was the Back in Black album) was Bonn Scott. Very different sounding voice. Sadly Bonn Scott died before this album was recorded. He was found sitting in a car, aspirated on his own vomit. Interestingly, according to Wikipedia, his death was "pulmonary aspiration of vomit was the cause of Scott's death via a suspected heroin overdose, but the official cause was listed on the death certificate as "acute alcohol poisoning" and classified as "death by misadventure".
Anyway, this song was probably the biggest hit off of 1980's "Back in Black" album, and perhaps AC/DC's biggest hit.
I love me some AC/DC, & this is probably one of my favorite rock songs of all time!!!
Jayvee : Were getting somewhere..
Brian : She told me to come, but I was already there
LMAO I noticed that
My fellow Aussie band.
Originally from Scotland.
Lead singer is Brian Johnson whom replaced the late and great Bon Scott after he passed away in 1980.
I used to go to a golf club on Saturday's back in the early 80s in Sydney, and one of the first songs to set the mood was this one!
Love AC/DC. Loved your reaction. This song makes you want to move. Hells Bells, Thunderstruck, Back in Black are great songs. Malcolm Young co- founder and lead guitarist passed away in 2017 of dementia.
This came out when I was a freshman in high school. I wasn't a rocker but to this day I feel this is one of the all time greats of any genre.
Best band ever they literally kick ass. That album is the biggest selling album in rock History over 55 million copies world wide. And the second biggest selling album of all music Ever. Michael Jackson's Thriller. and ACDCs Back in Black are the two biggest selling albums of all time
I grew up with AC/DC & love that the world loves one of our great Aussie bands 💕
It is so heartwarming to see someone exposed to good music for the first time. Good for you, young man!
Yes sir, these guys really know how to Rock it. Good music. Jay. 👍💞
This is one of those rare songs that doesn't have a weak moment from start to finish. It's constantly superb!
I turned my kids on to ACDC and now my grandchildren. Rock and roll will last forever ❗👍🎩🎩🎩
I can not help but sing at the top of my lungs whenever I hear this song. A classic.
From the Black in Black album, the 3rd biggest selling album in music history
I remember where I was and what I was doing the first time I heard this. My parents and their best friends took us kids to Gatlinburg, TN for the ROD RUN. (It’s in Pigeon Forge now). Any way, an old ‘69 Camaro/ Hot Rod cruised by and this song was blaring on his stereo. I thought to myself, “I have got to know who sings this.” When my parents and I got home, my brother, who was six years older than me, had this album, BACK IN BLACK. This song was on it. It blew me away.
AC/DC was the first band I ever saw in concert... 1985 in Boston. Unbelievable.
I remember I had just graduated high school when this song came out. I emerged from the incredible seventies and it was capped by this masterpiece. One of the greatest rock tunes of all time. AC/DC has yet to be surpassed. They are Rock Gods.
I could have been one of the ninja 1 of the ninja turtles. You know how he's got no neck and a big head. That's what what you call turtles. I can't have been a ninja turtle. It's a turtle right right alright
Hurt you and my husband could you imagine? The car turned character at this date I sent it in the internal?😅😊😅😅😊😅😅😅😅😅
Concert needs to be seen to be really appreciated! Fantastic.
My old boyfriend and I used to blare this song while driving around in his car! Brings back memories of being a teenager and senior in high school! Good times!
You can't help but move when it's ACDC great reaction
My fav ACDC song
You’ll never hear those opening chords again without jumping around in anticipation. They play this at lotttts of weddings.
We would dance the night away to this song. That drum beat is fantastic. A classic!
You are soooo a Classic Rock fan 😍 cuz it makes you just happy! And AC/DC always with their classic one two beat...
AC/DC always comes out of the gate 100 miles per hour!
Brian Johnson is the lead singer from my home town Newcastle - I remember seeing him perform with a local band called Geordie before he got his big break with AC/DC - great rock voice.
I saw them at the Forum back in the day and again around 4 years ago. Amazing
The boys are strutting their stuff big time. Jovaughn’s kicking too that groove.
I've had the pleasure of meeting Brian. Pulled up to my workplace in a Ferrari dressed in old jeans, tee-shirt and flat cap. I live in his home city of Newcastle where he was visiting family. Lovely man.
Yah right man , AC⚡️DC have a vibe like no other, it’s that feel good bad boy Rock n Roll
YESSSSSSS!!!!! You better GO JAY!!!!!! One of my all time FAVORITE’S!!!!! ♥️
Yeahhhhhhhhh saturday's Jay marathon 😂😂🎼🎼🎼🎼🎼🎼
Brian Johnson is lead singer. Angus Young on lead guitar. They are truly legendary. Just dropped a new album November 13, it’s fire! Check them out live at River Plate, from 2009. Whole Lotta Rosie, is a good song to start with. The energy from the band and the crowd, just makes you feel like you are there! 🤟
Rock and Roll Ain't Noise Pollution, Highway to Hell.
ACDC rocks! Saw them in 81 couldn’t hear for a week
Knew you'd love this one! Try:
Hells Bells
Shoot to Thrill
If You Want Blood
Highway to Hell
I use to rock to this song in the 80s watching it on MTV. The good days!✌
Blast this song! Loud! Love you AC/DC! 🧡
It’s so fun to watch you get hooked on the best.rock.ever! You have a great vibe that is just as contagious as this song. Thank you for sharing
I was lucky to be a teen at this time in the world 🌎 💖 AC/DC WILL NEVER GET OLD !!!!!!
AC/DC sure knew how to energize a crowd and the lyrics in this song are awesome too. You cannot sit still during an AC/DC song or there's something wrong with ya!
The original lead singer for AC/DC during early success was Bon Scott, then when Bon Scott knew he wasn’t well he recruited Brian Johnson who is the lead singer in this video and still is the current leader. Sadly Bon Scott passed away in 1980. This song and Back in Black were the first songs Brian Johnson sang and recorded with the band.
My hubby and I had just started dating when this tune was released. We were still discovering each others taste in all things including music. We were in his car and this song came on the radio. He assumed I wasn't going to like it and started to reach for the volume button to turn it down. I beat him to the button and instead turned it up...way up! He'll tell you to this day that right then and there was when he fell in love with me!!!
Hey jay check out "Givin the dog a bone" and "Have a drink on me" both great songs by these guys off the back in black album.
Might be wrong, but think giving the dog a bone was Aerosmith. Great song through.
@@gracechapman3412 definitely AC/DC
