Hi i have the same navigation on my Hyundai tucson, Gps is placed on the upper right part of the glass but car dont have gps signal. I tried igo primo and igo navigation, but it don't works. Do you know what is the problem
After so many days of Q&A via WhatsApp, finally today I got a suggestion from Teyes support China, that definitely ends the support that I need! They want me to replace the motherboard. But they don't sell it separately and asked me to look somewhere else. If they don't sell it, who else would??? To me it's just an excuse! I paid almost USD400 for it in 2019. Didn't expect such bad or poor support from Teyes. My kind advice is, avoid buying Teyes android car radio from now on! There are many other brands to go for!
How did you get your GPS to work? Do you have a sim card in the unit or hotspot from your phone? Mine just doesn't work at all unless I hotspot from my phone.
Normally, the radio has the GPS without using Internet connection but if you’re not using that application, you can download Google maps or other types of maps and then download the off-line maps then make it work.
So do I just go online to download maps offline and then it will work fine? Of course without internet you won't have the feature for traffic etc. But always useful to have maps when you have no signal.@@TechGeniusHacks

Did you check if you plug them correctly? It is because gps and 4g antennas are the same. Can you check?
My Teyes Spro GPS suddenly not working after 5 years of working flawlessly! Relocating the antenna definitely doesn't help!

Are you using maps without any data/wifi?
You know the google maps offline maps. You can use it without wifi or you can install a map pre uploaded
