Strange thing here is dowdall was realisticly only looking at around 4 years jail to serve only about 30 months in jail for a minor roll he played very strange hes choose to be irelands only second supergrass and destroy his whole family's life very strange choice
@@shawk2832 his options where testify and we will relocate you because its not the short jail time or gerry hutch u need to be fearing here. Being freed after 30 months or so means noting when your dead when your caught up with so he took the catch 22 and said ill testify and yous protect me for ever rather then be freed and have no protection for life
I’m no psychiatrist but I believe this guy suffers from delusions and cosmic trips under no circumstances should this guy be entertained as a witness to one of his own “trips” this is an extraordinary reckless and unnecessary move by the state which brings the criminal justice system into question.

@@Driver2616 I’m more interested in the integrity and impartiality of a criminal ‘justice’ system the integrity of which is much more important than the obsession with locking up any one man. Outside the courts at the moment we have a sign that reads “The Criminal Court”. Actually we don’t want the courts to be labelled “criminal”. Because that means they have joined the ranks of the people who are criminals.
This country has failed at housing it’s people. Failed at looking after the health of its people. Failed financially and had to be rescued by the IMF. We don’t want this type of justice system where one criminal says he said that he said that she said. No thanks!

You're wrong it didn't start with Gary being shot it started long before that with many inner issues and then DK ripped GH off over a bank robbery and so GH tried to have DK killed but the shooter shot a boxer and in return the hutches paid to save Gary's life and DK said yea yea gimme the money and still have GH murdered. Like people knew never to trust DK so I dunno why Gary went back to Spain but he did and he is the sole blame for his family being dragged into this for trying to shoot Danny in the first place

Why wouldn’t these people turn states evidence and say everything that the prosecution wants them to say? This is crazy and very damaging to the whole criminal justice system. If there was a jury and I was on that jury I wouldn’t believe a word out of these paid liars!
