The nicest man in real life. I was training in my new job many years ago my first call was Graham Norton I got everything wrong that he told me he was calm and funny and just repeated it not once but twice he didn't have to he could have been a diva and asked for a supervisor but he was a sweetheart. I have never forgotten his kindness, Here is wishing him decades of a happy marriage.

How can you hate the guy? For such a well known person, he’s incredibly humble and down to earth. He doesn’t give off any sort of ego whatsoever and constantly continues to present himself in the same sort of polite manner. He’s also in the public limelight week after week with his big show so he can’t exactly hide. I visit west cork regularly and I’ve seen him in Bantry and Ahakista & he just goes about his business just fine. He interacts with locals as best he can and doesn’t bother anyone. I’m sure it’s tough enough for him as we all know West Cork, particularly that part of West Cork, locals, can be a begrudging crowd towards outsiders but that’s their own problem and not anyone else’s. He also happens to be from west cork! So he can do what he likes whether they like it or not. You’d have to have quite a few chips on your shoulder to genuinely hate him. Congrats Graham!
