People don't realize how crazy smart Kobe was.
marskeins I, personally, didn’t realize it. I’m truly in awe of him.
Joshua E. Legal ur the dumb one cause flying is more safe the driving statistically, but also more deadly
And he was a rapper.
Commentor1 lol i speak Spainsh fluently and it’ll take some time to learn Italian not as easy as ur saying it is
@Commentor1 What's your goal? You're just coming off as annoying. You come to this video just to argue?
Title: “Kobe speaks Chinese”
Kobe: *Nihao*
And not even in the right tones 😅
Rofl
His other language abilities were impressive enough.
And that's only one.
Should be "Kobe speaks a little Chinese"
Or Kobe tries a little Chinese 😛
Kobe is possibly the most loved black guy in China.
@@sheldonwinston4500 Not as racist as the USA. Trust me.
He's the most loved American in China, and Asia for that matter.
@@Nottotv nope usa isnt even that racist. China is a lot racist
月Legend Earthyyy™ You are a joke
That's incredible.
I don’t think it’s FULLY set in that Kobe is gone.... this man is ALL class. And his legacy transcends basketball; if it was just basketball, the entire world wouldn’t be mourning his loss.
DonCorleone87 ong
His approach to life transcends sports, it applies to every thing. He was an extraordinary human being, a life well lived. An attitude worth aspiring to. RIP 🙏
So true! 😢
I still can’t believe it 😢
He speaks spanish with thick italian accent, and he is an american, man this dude is something else
Richard Siregar Spanish with strong Italian accent is called Argentinian
Richard Siregar sounds like someone from Argentina who’s speaks Spanish
Maria Fernanda aaah that’s why there’s many argentinians who had italian ancestors and vice versa, thanks for info 😊
Richard Siregar And they don’t consider themselves Latinos. They consider themselves Europeans. There is an old joke around them about their huge ego😂
Maria Fernanda huge Ego?? Sounds about right with kobe 😂😂😂
Proof he’s one of the hardest workers who dedicated his soul to everything, not just basketball.
More like sold his soul for everything lol
[FrSk] Forsaken but not to the will of GOD, jesus christ
He played professional basketball....... if that's all you work on..... workout, shoot, dribble, etc.
Learning a language in your free time doesn't seem all that hard especially when you skipped college entirely 🤷♂️ Just saying
He spent a part of his childhood in Italy, he probably never had to formally study Italian and knowing one Latin language makes it easy to learn others. Btw yes studying a language can be difficult, dont ever down play a person's efforts to master a language, especially when learning at an adult age. 我可以说四个语言,可是学的时候不容易。
@San Cho No, but trying to be the best at what you do,while inspiring millions of people to do the same is.
He just over exceeded in this lifetime. He’s onto the next level now.
Gabrielle K Jones I needed to hear this 🙏

Very true!!!

hes not just getting by, he was expressing himself with so much emotion especially when speaking in Italian. RIP Mamba ):

I would say he’s very confident in who he is, and yes humble..he could’ve flaunted or stunted more but did. The game he blamed you had to be the way he was...but because of his abilities he’s seems to others as egotistical. But when I white man does the same he’s considered great, smh. RIP
Kobe was the real life James Bond. So intelligent, a killer mentality on and off the court and had so much class. RIP Mamba.
he didn't speak Chinese tho only said 1 thing???
Kicko that was more of joke but you can’t deny that he has a competent Spanish, partly thanks to his Mexican wife and fluent Italian because of his upbringing.
James Bond on the court was something else though
That's a good point!!
What can you say from an INTJ guy
This man makes me realize that when I say “I can’t do all of this at the same time!” I’m just being pathetic. What a baller
No that is just average. That’s why we appreciate the extraordinary among us, like Kobe. He was multi dimensional, that’s rarified air.
RIP, and love to all the families ❤️🙏🍃🕊
Frankie McGill You have a point but I said that because I don’t want to be average. He definitely was a greater man than I’ll ever be.
Nicholas Sides Don’t down play yourself. You have time to do great things I’m sure.
Rochelle Felix That’s very sweet of you, thank you for the kind words
Nicholas Sides Have you heard of Malcolm Gladwell? His 10,000 hour theory is interesting. Basically, if you spend 10,000 hours devoted to a craft you can master it.
Your attitude will already get you places the average person won’t get to. Good for you for not settling for comfortable. Who knows maybe we’ll be appreciating your skills one day.
When Dallas came to L.A., Doncic was taking the ball out on the sideline, and he turned and saw it was Kobe and they shook hands. Luka said that he turned around because someone was talking trash to him in Slovenian, and it was Kobe! Lol
He learned Slovenian from Sasha Vucevic

Dorian Bush oh yea :,,(
Kobe probably the smartest NBA player ever. The ability to speak multiple languages even at basic level is impressive. He was truly a world ambassador of the sport.
In Italy he lived as a boy for seven years. He spoke Italian better than me
He is Italian. You most likely are just another American thinking because your family is from Italy, then that makes you Italian. Well youd be wrong to think that. You're american with italian ancestors, nothing more. Italian is a nationality, not a race. Just because you grow up eating Italian-like food doesnt make you or any other person born in america, Italian.
Saniel Myst lmao and who are you to jump to conclusions that fast? You are saying he’s wrong to think that when he never even said it 😂
Saniel Myst by the way, if his parents are italian, HE is also italian. Its just that his nationality is American.
Saniel Myst Kobe Bryant is ITALIAN? You’re a fool.
Saniel Myst Born in America raised in Italy for a few years and then back to the US. He’s not Italian ancestry.
Kobe also learned French... just so he could trash talk Tony Parker in his native language
If that isn’t legendary, I don’t know what is 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
