Hi, I have never read a "cosy" mystery. I love ghost stories though and the macabre and do read alot of mystery novels. Cosy mysteries appeal to me as a new genre because so many seem to feature cats and dogs. Would you recommend starting with this novel- ? Thanks for thinking of a few titles, esp those set in England if you have time. I came across Laura Levine earlier today with her cat, side-kick, Prozac. Her books look like fun-

This was a fun listen. 7 hours and I listened all in one day. Very entertaining and very well narrarated. Other narrarators should take a lesson from Ms. Hoffman. @Angela Pepper, please don't change your narrarator! LOL Liked and subbing as soon as I hit this here comment button!!

I guess you are a George rr Martin fan yourself? Personally I prefer his older stuff to the epic G.O.T. series but GOT was interesting too in that he didn't care about killing popular characters to keep it true to life just like the author in this story 👍👍👍👍
