SMPS wall warts can have 40V or 50V of leakage voltage on them to PE. Yeah, they will set these off big time. You need to use a grounded variable transformer to determine sensitivity, not crappy cheap as chips wall warts.

"Dura-Leak"...they've really gotten bad and leak regularly, I've switched to Energizer and haven't had one leak yet.
