Realistically, They probably had a horrible feeling in the last few moments. If a pilot asks for special permission to fly in bad weather, it would set anyone's nerves on edge; secondly, wasting 15 minutes in a holding pattern is tense, and lastly when all visuals are lost in clouds, it's apparent to everyone onboard. Pretty sure all were in a state of panic. Hillside may have come into view in last second.
The sound effect used for Airwolf was just Hollywood magic. The actual ship sounds like a UH-1 or Cobra gunship. Some fourth season episodes made less and less effort to dub in the sound effects and let the actual sound remain. But this was ironic since the fourth season didn't make any new flying footage at all.

I still have the hopes Kobe jumped off the helicopter on time and he there somewhere in the bushes badly injured
Every youtube video of an S-76 has comments about Kobe Bryant. Have any of you gone on the comments section of a Blackhawk video and mourned the death of military members for a crash in the middle east? No. Shallow ass people. Ya'll think more of some basketball player than people that have been in harm's way for their freedom.
RIP to everyone involved.
It goes to show if God wanted us humans in the sky, he would’ve created us with wings.
That makes no sense. Vastly more people die standing on solid ground than they do in the sky.
Before Kobe's death, I was always terrified of Helicopters.. Now I can't even stand to hear them passing over my roof. RIP to everyone who lost Their lives on that helicopter 🙏🏾
S-76 is a reliable helicopter don't let that discourage you. Cause of the crash was pilot error
Beautiful machine.
I just hope Kobe and everyone else in that chopper beside the pilot had no idea what was coming and hope no one felt pain. RIP.
Excelente máquina.
by hearing the sound i conclude that the chopper used for the Airwolf series must have been this type
The Airwolf conversion was a Bell 222 airframe.
How many passengers can it hold

These helicopters neds APU? Or whit external power?
My granpa always said flying is for birds rip kobe
RIP Kobe
Just like Kobe Bryant's helicopter.
Hey ! Fabuleux S-76B !vidéo Extra !
Is this the one with the PT-6 engines ??
4:02 come baaacck! its too foggy out! :(
?
no fog at all lol
Nice size chopper
When the entire police air choppers were grounded for poor visibility, that should have been a sign not to fly that day. It was a very said day indeed, a great man died a family is gone and 3 children gone including Kobe’s beautiful Girl. I wish they would have decided to Drive that foggy day. RIP to all 9

Oh the dumb comments are not going to stop anytime. As someone into Aviation and you don't have to be in Aviation to know certain do some research.A helicopter and a fix wing aircraft is a lot more safer than a driving a car.The pilot that crashed with Kobe made his call,he decided to take a risk when everyone was grounded that morning. There is a saying and it applies to every machine we operate''Risk takers are accident Makers'' The next pointer you cannot flying VFR in IFR conditions such as fog.For the love of God it won't work, don't try it!!!!
Is this the same kind of chopper Kobe was in? Same exact?
Yep
Yes just a different color
Fun fact this helicopter is in X-Plane 11
Instead of buying his own helicopter, he should have donated his fortune to the needy. He didn't need no God Damn helicopter! RIP to him anyway.
He didn't but it he rented it
This is the helicopter that Kobe rides and died
#RIPKobe
#Mambaout
The Sikorsky is a huge copter. Oh my God. I can't imagine controlling that copter the way the eye witness described Kobe's copter at a low level for 15 minutes then flying into dense clouds with no instrument to guide and no co-pilot. Geez.
Are you kidding the S-76 is way more simpler to control then larger helicopters
Im not sure who needs to hear this ,but just because Kobe Bryant died in a S76 doesn't mean you need to comment on every damn S76 video about it.
Very nice!
Rip Kobe
New S-76bs are $25 million each.
Motorbikes of the air.
The only Sikorsky helicopter I like is the black hawk RIP Kobe and GiGi and the rest involved in this tragedy
Never ever i would step into a fucking helicopter!
i dont trust helicopters
cuz you don't have the knowledge.
@@Caleb_Mandrake872 Exactly, they are beautiful machines. Slightly more dangerous than an airplane but much much safer than cruising down the interstate at 75-80 mph.
2,500 car wreaks in 30 minutes in United States, How many helicopter or jets 🧐
Or maybe you should say, more appropriately, that you don't trust *_some_* of the people *_operating_* these incredibly safe machines?? (rollseyes).
Its not the helicopter its the pilots decision to abort the flight i dont trust.
I realizes you never know how your gonna go, and it's really not up to you, "if you can help it". But the older I get, I like to think of ways not to end up slamming into the ground or catching on fire, especially with someone else's in control. Only way I fly if it's a matter of life or death.
ENCOMAN ENCO
IKR. People think I’m crazy when I tell them I’ve never been in the air no roller coasters no planes no 🎡 smh clearly I have a major fear of flying! But death is something we can’t escape. I agree.
Anybody know where the gas tank is located?
Rip the GOAT.
Do they come with parachutes??
