  • I'm always looking for new and better ways to charge up batteries, especially the Sony FW-50 ones that I run through like crazy. He's a snazzy new, all in one solution, to get you charged and unload cards like a breeze. It's not all perfect, though, so watch through for more.

I guess I answered this on another video as well, but in case someone else is reading:
Sony a9, Sony Zeiss 35 1.4, shot in 1080 60p, exited in Final Cut Pro. The 60p I think makes things look a lot clearer.

Thanks for the informative review. The loop at the top should have a built-in lock. One shouldn't be needing an extra part to attach it somewhere.
BTW, it makes sense to have cards that are faster than one's camera can handle, precisely to enable faster transfers to the computer.

I agree with you (on both points),
For faster cards, if you’re a wedding photographer or anyone else that takes piles of critical photos, a super fast card can be the difference between getting to bed at 1am or 11pm after a wedding. I’ll take 11pm thanks 😏

He's a snazzy new, all in one solution = Here's a snazzy? Or you meant to do that? Anyway, I've been waiting to hear: what is your favorite lens of all time? You said the 85 1.4 is the favorite you've ever owned but not the favorite you've ever used. Waiting, or did I miss that in an earlier video?

Oh who even knows what I was trying to say? 😏
As far as favourite lens goes, that answer might vary from day to day, but there’s definitely no perfect one. But most days the answer will be the 55 1.8. Even though I don’t use it all the time anymore, because I have more specific lenses for specific situations, I love that the most. I prefer the bokeh/background rendering of the 85 1.4, but the overall look and character and size and feel generally goes to the 55. Just something magical about it - and I’m sure that being so small and light compared to everything else doesn’t hurt 😉
