- It's a rainy day in our pueblo and we are headed out to do a little shopping at the tianguis, pick some squash blossoms from Fidel's crops at our homebuild site and teaching Diego to make quesadillas and empanadas! Enjoy and drop your questions below!

Diego is so well behaved and kind because he's home schooled and there are no stupid pressures or expectation of having expenses clothes and stuff like that. Also his friends are his extra wholesome cousins. Just imagine how much American kids could benefit having no expectations and loving caring parents like Candice and Fidel. Lol and Tia Ruby! The world would be an amazing place if it was filled with Diegos.

I have eaten Quesadillas de flor de calabaza, and they are so good 😋 suggestion he should use a big spoon and the spatula to avoid the oil from splattering. Great job, Diego.
